SpringHill Suites Waco Woodway

Took my three grandkids for a short stacation. They loved the indoor pool and spa.

I had never stayed at Springhill Suites before. The staff was VERY friendly and the rooms were spacious! Loved it!

Very nice hotel, nice rooms, and quiet. The bed was a little hard for me, but overall a very nice experience. Close to many things and that was a nice benefit.

The hotel was very nice and the room was great. Everyone in our group had a good time and enjoyed the hotel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I would have to say the staff was very helpful with the exception of one individual that will remain nameless. I understand that there are certain hours for the breakfast area to be open and at the time a few individuals in our party were 30 mins past that time. So yes they technically were not following the rules but at the time the food was still out. The thing I don't understand is how you can literally take the plates and utensils away while they are in line and then act like it is a huge hinderance to you when they ask politely for a spoon. Would have it really hurt to wait another two minutes before packing up all the food to just throw it away? As I mentioned above the hotel was great it just left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth with one individuals lack of customer service.

We enjoyed the hotel. We were in town for the Baylor Bearathon. It was a little ways away from the University but we did enjoy the nice atmosphere of the hotel.

Easy check-in, attentive staff, complimentary snacks in bar open to 11:00 pm. Clean, attractive suite room. Built in a new section but close to commercial, etc.

always stay there,, clean, non smoking, friendly staff, easy access and location

We weren't ready for housekeeping when they knocked at 9am. They said they'd come back later. We called housekeeping that we'd be leaving for a Baylor game at 1pm. We came back at 9pm and our room was just as we left it. Hotel was booked solid for the weekend so there wasn't any turnover. I couldn't overlook this and wanted to give a 5 for everything because everything else was great!

The beautiful hotel is 8 miles south of Baylor Campus, but worth the drive.

New, clean, great room, great food, great experience!

Simply awesome! Nicest place we've ever stayed in Waco!

My family and I used the Hotel for weekend getaway to explore Waco and visit the Zoo. We arrived late, but was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly and helpful person. I had made a mistake on booking the second night, on a separate reservation, but the clerk was able to help me out and keep us in the same room both nights. The fitness center has a good mix of equipment, and the pool is refreshing and the whirlpool is hot. The hot breakfast starts the day right and complimentary coffee is available all the time.

The staff was amaizing, very helpful. Very nice location, easy to find, lots of food to eat and things nearby to do. Pool was perfect for both kids. Nice kid pool with splash tower. Room was nice and roomy. We have a problem finding a room that is big enough for 4-5 people. We only had 4 this time, and had more than enugh room! Will for sure make another trip there to stay.

We were sorry we had only one night to stay here. Everything was top-notch, very comfortable and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Next door to the Hollywood Jewel Theater/and the many restaurants to choose from in Waco. My husband and I had a wonderful time while there on our anniversary

I paid the extra dough for the Marriott because I thought it would worth it, but its really just a slightly better decorated "insert-standard-freeway-INN". Its way out in the middle of nowhere, there are very few restaurants nearby (and especially anything not a big chain), the pool was so over chlorinated that you couldn't really even stand to be in the room much less in the pool. Breakfast coffee was awful, I think the eggs were powdered or something because they tasted like chalk. In short, I wish I had just paid half the price because it just wasn't any better than any of the other roadside hotel/motels.

We had a great time at the Springhill Suites -- big, nice room, delicious breakfast, and reasonable rates. We'll be back.

This is my second time here and I love it. The staff is friendly and rooms are very spacious and super comfortable. My 6 year old son really enjoyed the pool. Keep up the great work!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return to Waco.

I had a great experience at this beautiful hotel. Nice rooms, big and comfortable. Everything is new. The lobby and breakfast is great. Best deal in Waco....

Very comfortable and very roomy, we stayed in a junior suite and it was very nice, had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. I enjoyed the bar, however it would be nice if it be opened till later because it closed at ten. Good selection on the breakfast and great coffee. We would definitely book there again.
