Very noisy - putting down carpet in room over us -loud banging before 7 am Bathroom shower faucet needs repair and shower door allowed water to leak out onto the floor The front desk worker and breakfast worker were very helpful and nice.

When I got to my room there was no water at the faucets. I called the front desk but no answer. Repacked my things and went back to front desk. Was told the water was turned off for another 10 minutes. I thought that would have been mentioned when I checked in a few minutes earlier. Room was OK other than that. Breakfast was good but for both days of my stay they “were out of creamer” for coffee. However there was 2% milk available as a poor substitute.

Very friendly staff and top-shelf accommodations. Breakfast was great, too. The room was large and clean and cozy, though I did see a small roach in the bathroom. Other than that, almost perfect.

Not up to par

Worst stay ever. First night found a huge roach. First night, toilet ran all night long and only got a couple hours sleep. Couldn't get night stand light to work. Had to shut bathroom door for the noise and had to turn on light on desk to be able to see to go to the bathroom, and shined on my face all night long. Bed was especially hard. Just not a good stay at all. However, the staff was very friendly.

Friendly, kind, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, hot coffee always available, and plenty of information on local shopping, etc. Convenient to freeway. Will stay here again.
