The hotel is rated 8.8 and to me its a 2.0. The hotel is dirty and very bas looking. Fridge wasn't working. Pieces of the wall were falling down cracked wall. Needs a refresh- no housekeeping

Our first room had a musty smell. They accommodated and moved us to another room, which was adequate. However, we woke up in the morning and the air conditioner had leaked water and saturated the carpet. Things were clean but looked like they needed a refresh. Please note there was no housekeeping service and if you wanted clean towels you had to bring your dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them.

The whole building needs updating. Lots of cracks, old carpet, rusted areas, needs painting. And for being on the island it breakfast was very lacking. Considering I just stayed at another Best Western the night before in another city. It was very ckean, friendly and alot of breakfast options.

I liked the location. I disliked the hotel. No hot water. One morning, no water. Said a plumber was there and would look at why there was no hot water. Nothing changed.
