They gave me a wrong room and walked in and a couple was having sex had to go back to front office to get another room. Jacuzzi was super cold !

Hotel advertised heated pool and it was under construction, not in service. Door handle bars on the balcony broken, safety hazard. walking deck leading to the beach, half done still under construction. Not as advertised

The pool is amazing. It’s great that the beach is just a walk away.

The location is really good, the staff very nice, the ladies at the front were the best! The pool is clean and the prices for the drinks and food were affordable.

I was very happy with the unit I was in for 2 weeks. Yes it could be renevated but it was very pleasing for what we expected. My only concern was the fact that none of the maids and/or cleaning people could speak English, I do feel if they work in our country they should be learning.

First of all I booked a room w/2 beds 3 months in advance. I get there it’s only 1 bed. I called to the front desk and the girl told me because I booked through Orbitz that’s what was only available. I was confused on to why there would not be anything available even with a 3 month in advance. I guess u get the crums of the hotel if you book through a 3rd party. Not to mention walls and doors were stayed like they haven’t been cleaned in ages. Also The mirror was rusted in the RR. Looked for like a motel than a resort. Very disappointed with the experience. Will not be back at this hotel.

The room super far 4th floor in the very back no view, what so ever. I had asked for room with a view. The hotel gave me what ever . When I asked why didn't I get what I wanted she said that those only ones with a view were the luxury suits .

Great service, from the moment you arrive they are ready to pick you up from the parking lot to take you to the lobby. Very attentive personnel. Awesome stay!

Great experience 2nd time staying here and it did not let us down. It has a nice heated pool. Just a few steps and you are at the beach. Wesley the manager is great always ready to make everyone's trip enjoyable. Rooms are nice spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would recommend!! I know we will be back soon!!

Wasn't able to check in until 4:30 due to room not being ready. Parking lot too far from hotel. Elevator broke down with one of our guests in it. Lock on the door was broken. Fixed after multiple complaints. Took a day and a half to fix, leaving one of our guests to stay in the room and missing all the activities For that time. Drier broken and never tended to. Ice machine broken. Elevator broke down, leaving one of our guests trapped. Not enough towels. Marks on the walls. Cabinet facing peeling off. I expected more from a supposed presidential suite.

This hotel is right off the causeway, easy to get to, not to far from all the action on the beach. The pool is a good size and looks beautiful with great view of the beach. The staff was very accommodating and spoke English! I booked a "Deluxe Suite" which wasn't a suite at all. Just a basic double room. It had a very small refrigerator, one cup coffee pot, small table and sofa bed. It is nicely furnished and clean which is all that matters to me. My main complaint is that it did not have WiFi in the room. We had to step out onto the balcony to get service. I will have to research the "45% off" claim for room rates. This is my second stay here and I want to love it but it just not quite there yet for me. I'll give it another try though because I know they are trying to make it first class. The other small complaint is that the parking lot is quite a distance from the hotel but if you are lucky, you can catch a golf cart to drive you up.

Staff we're friendly, elevator very slow but over priced.

This trip was great. Check-in was flawless. Friendly staff. I ordered a 2 bedroom beachfront condo and got a 3 bedroom beachfront--201A. Fantastic view, right on the beach, lovely pool and deck for relaxing, and the onsite restaurant food was very, very good. Oh, and the servers were super friendly. Bottom line, hated to leave, but with Spring Break crowds beginning to come, we hightailed it out.

From the ridiculous walk to and from the parking lot, to the front desk which resembled a classroom and a teacher's desk, we knew we made a big mistake. The room was equally disappointing. We were told we would be on the 5th Floor. When we got there we were on the 2nd Floor There were Roaches in the bathroom and bugs in the bed. The Walls are paper thin so you hear everything. We were there for less then 2hr. when we where solicited for a 2hr meeting about the timeshare. If we knew it was a timeshare we would not have booked there. The side we were put on was in bad shape the light coming into the room at night was so bright it was like daytime. They have music going all night long. We asked if we could be upgraded on the 5th night and they said sure. This was not an upgrade it was same room with different issues the upgrade was the Fl. we were given. I Slept 11hrs. because we no longer had to listen too that music and Loud shouting from the other side. There was no room service no one ever answered the phone when we called for room service. There was also no safe in the room. I can not understand where the 4 stars came from I would not even give this place 1/2 a star. P & B Georgetown Texas

The only real complaint I have is that there was no way to know how everything operated at the resort unless you had someone to ask. Luckily we were able to get information from another family that owned a timeshare. There was no information available on how to get towels, rent a beach umbrella, how to reach the front desk, etc. By the last day, we finally had it figures out. However, if there had been some literature available like most hotels, we could have enjoyed the amenities a little sooner. Our room was without a remote control for the TV and no hair dryer (which they provided once we trekked down to the front desk to tell them since we didn't know how to call down there). The elevator was broken until the last day so we got plenty of exercise going up and down five flights. All this being said, the staff was very friendly and accommodating if asked. They are not going out of their way to see what you need. The rooms are clean and spacious. (It should be notes that the pull out couch is only a single). The bottom line is that this is a condominium advertised as a hotel. If you go in knowing that, it is a nice place to stay. Do not expect hotel service and be sure to ask lots of questions about how things work when you check in.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! First off, the front desk is some guy behind a folding table of a converted hotel room, the staff catered only to the Mexican Nationals, the room was sub par for the price I paid for the night. Cleaning staff enters the room when you dont want them to, making me suspicious. Overall one one the worst holiday experiences I have ever had.

We were 4 and they have only 1 room with 1 bed king size. The restaurant only opens wensday to sunday and opens at 8am and close at 2 pm. The pool was very cold and the jacuzzi was not working. The person on the front desk was really rude with us and when we ask for the manager we doesn`t even wanted to talk to us. I do not recommend this hotel.
