The grounds were beautiful. The room was huge. The mattress could have been firmer, you tended to sink in the middle. Room was clean. Overall an excellent value for the money.

We had to book a room at the last minute and were very pleased with the rate. The room was clean and inviting. We had a double queen suite and it was extremely spacious. Everything I needed was in the room.

Two of the three rooms we booked had fleas and because we booked through Orbitz, the staff said they could not give us a discount, only vouchers for another stay. Why would we want to return to such a miserable experience? The staff was pleasant and apologetic but we will not stay here again.

Walls paper thin.Noisy outside and in.Comode took several times to flush. Ants on floor in bathroom.Beds hard mattresses. Free breakfast cold. Check in smooth.Convenient location.Staff attentive and professional.Otherwise room was clean.

was only there a few hours 4 easy check in and out good breakfast

The room had damage to the ceiling. The television was small and dim (not bright). Toilet backed up

Everything was nice except having to go next door for the complimentary breakfast.

we made reservations for 2 rooms next to each other and when we got to the hotel we checked in and the first room was clean, the second room the sheets had been removed from the bed, and there were unknown pills on the floor, the room smelled, it had ants on the sink area, there was open beer cans, the room was in terrible shape, went back to the front desk and told the clerk he looked for other rooms that was none close to the room we had, this is totally unacceptable, I would highly recommend to my friends to NEVER go to this hotel! The breakfast was not at the hotel we had to go next door to the resteraunt for breakfast there were only 3 choices for breakfast and you had to pay for the coffee and beverages, the 3rd choice they were out of.

My wife and I drove out from Houston to Kerrville to attend the annual Hill Country Porsche Rally. We chose this facility due to the proximity to the rally point. The rooms were reasonably priced, very clean and the staff very helpful. It does not hold the ambiance of some of the places in Kerrville but if you need a place to stay after a long day driving I recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very convenient to where we were playing golf. It was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating in caulk and paint. Overall a 4 out of 5.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. Nice place for vacationing.

I reserved this for my grandpa and 3 other family members and they loved it! They said the beds were comfortable and they slept very well. They also liked the full breakfast the hotel provides without the extra charge. Although the staff was not multi lingual they did take the time to call me so I could translate over the phone. Overall, my family would stay here again!

Motel was clean and staff very nice. After unloading the first night, we discovered that the toilet was stopped up and the normal action of using a plumbers friend failed....we had to use the hotel lobby restroom for the toilet. No other rooms were available..we moved to the room next to us with the same arrangement the next morning with the staff help....can't believe that the toilet wasn't checked before we were issued the room...other that that, which was inconvenient, everything went very well.

We stayed 2 nights and were very satisfied with the room and the breakfast served at the nearby restaurant. Yes, drinks and tip were not included but to be cost effective, we understood. Breakfast cost us (4 people) about $8 per meal but that's still a pretty affordable meal.

It was a bit pricy for what it was but the room was nice and it was quiet.

Great location and quiet which is all we needed. Would stay again

The staff was very nice and very helpful, the room was great and very clean and even though we didn't partake the restaurant looked very nice.

Got a voucher to go next door for breakfast, starting at 7am. But, I was there on business and did not have time to go for a cook to order meal, as I had to be at the worksite at 7:15am. Much prefer the buffets at hotels. Wish I had known this specifically about the hotel, or I would have not stayed here. Had to go to the grocery story to get food. Also, their outdoor pool was closed because they had had a lot of rain.

NOT for Seniors or mobility challenged. "Free breakfast" charged us $3.88 for terrible coffee.
