Very professional staff, room very clean.... A very nice setup for breakfast. Had a very pleasant stay.
The room was large and the bed was comfortable. I liked the location and the staff was very nice.
Wish there was a mini fridge. But my overall stay was great breakfast was awesome. It’s really not that bad of a place for the money.
Check in went smooth. The pool area was nice but the pool was uncomfortably cold. The room was pretty large which was nice. The hotel could definitely use some updates though. The hand railings were loose, the ceiling in our room wasn’t painted and the paint on the walls was peeling. The toilet didn’t flush every time. The shower was dripping and the water changed from cold to hot back to cold constantly. The coffee tasted like mildew. It would be nice if they could put mini fridges or microwaves in the hotel for how much the nightly rate is. The location was good— about 3 miles from the park and right next to food and gas. The breakfast was a voucher to the Italian restaurant right out front which was a nice change of pace from the standard continental breakfast. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend to a friend unless it was cheaper or they made some upgrades.
Stayed during a coldspell and had to stuff towels in the door crack to keep the cold out.
The hotel was clean and nice. There was not mini refrigerator or microwave. The front desk staff is very unfriendly and saw that I was with my 71 year old mother in law and put us on the second floor. There is no elevator and the stairs are outside so I had to carry all of the luggage to our room. She wasn’t trying to accommodate us in the slightest and had a horrible attitude.
We were getting away from Hurricane Harvey and managed to get a room here. The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. The only room available was a smoking room, which smelled awful. We tried candles and Febreze, to no avail. When a non-smoking room opened up, the staff moved us and even moved the mini-fridge and microwave for us. Breakfast was served next door at the restaurant and was very good.
It was a nice experience. Would have preferred to know that the breakfast is not in the hotel but a voucher to a restaurant.
The hotel is nice with a good breakfast and beautiful pool/courtyard area. Negatives - the room didn't have a fridge and the wifi was terrible.
The grounds were beautiful. The room was huge. The mattress could have been firmer, you tended to sink in the middle. Room was clean. Overall an excellent value for the money.
We had to book a room at the last minute and were very pleased with the rate. The room was clean and inviting. We had a double queen suite and it was extremely spacious. Everything I needed was in the room.
Two of the three rooms we booked had fleas and because we booked through Orbitz, the staff said they could not give us a discount, only vouchers for another stay. Why would we want to return to such a miserable experience? The staff was pleasant and apologetic but we will not stay here again.
Walls paper thin.Noisy outside and in.Comode took several times to flush. Ants on floor in bathroom.Beds hard mattresses. Free breakfast cold. Check in smooth.Convenient location.Staff attentive and professional.Otherwise room was clean.
was only there a few hours 4 easy check in and out good breakfast
The room had damage to the ceiling. The television was small and dim (not bright). Toilet backed up
Everything was nice except having to go next door for the complimentary breakfast.
we made reservations for 2 rooms next to each other and when we got to the hotel we checked in and the first room was clean, the second room the sheets had been removed from the bed, and there were unknown pills on the floor, the room smelled, it had ants on the sink area, there was open beer cans, the room was in terrible shape, went back to the front desk and told the clerk he looked for other rooms that was none close to the room we had, this is totally unacceptable, I would highly recommend to my friends to NEVER go to this hotel! The breakfast was not at the hotel we had to go next door to the resteraunt for breakfast there were only 3 choices for breakfast and you had to pay for the coffee and beverages, the 3rd choice they were out of.
My wife and I drove out from Houston to Kerrville to attend the annual Hill Country Porsche Rally. We chose this facility due to the proximity to the rally point. The rooms were reasonably priced, very clean and the staff very helpful. It does not hold the ambiance of some of the places in Kerrville but if you need a place to stay after a long day driving I recommend this hotel.
This hotel was very convenient to where we were playing golf. It was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating in caulk and paint. Overall a 4 out of 5.
