Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Pool hours were not enforced and we had a loud group outside our room until after midnight. The pool was also not clean and had algae in it. We had a non smoking room but the room next to us was smoking and the cigarette smoke leaked in through the bathroom vent ( non working). Staff seemed to be aware of the problem when the subject was brought up.

Room was a nice decent size and was clean. The outside of the hotel looks run down and could use a remodel. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next door and the selection was terrible. Would only stay again if there were no other hotels available. There are much better options available around the same price point.

Bed was comfortable. Bedspread had a hole in it; shower curtain was mildewed; saw a roach on the wall; one bar of soap was the only amenity. Can’t believe we paid $150 for that room.

close to I 10, restaurants. easy in and out

Our room was spacious and comfortable. the service at the front desk was very frienldly and helpful.

Everything was clean. The room was poorly lit, burned out light bulb. The WiFi was free, but we couldn't get connected. When (if) we did, it was so slow. Had to use cell phone as a hot-spot. Nice staff.

The Pool and pool area is very nicely shaded. The building has been a fixture in Kerrville for decades so, of course, it shows a bit of its age inside and out. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again when we come to Kerrville.

Room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

close to the center of town you can go to all the places you want to see

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly.

The atmosphere and the room was very clean comfortable bed and beautiful swimming pool/courtyard

The pool area was very pretty and they issued a complimentary breakfast card at a restaurant next door that was nice. The room itself was our main concern. The carpet was sticky and room was very, very musty smelling. The pillows were a little hard to get use to for my taste, very thick and firm. My husband didn't mind them but I am used to a softer sleep. We did ask for a different room and inquired if all were that way but there were no other vacancies available. All in all, probably wouldn't stay again if all of the rooms have the same smell

There were ants. Bed runner had stains. Water damage on ceiling

I had a very nice stay. I just wish the room had a microwave and refrigerator. Lobby staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable.

My daughter now has anxiety about staying at hotels because our room was covered in fire ants, including the beds. When we finally got a new room it was a downgrade from what I paid for through Orbitz and no refund or compensation were offered. Our second room, the shower ring that should be fixed to the shower was rusted and hanging at the elbow of the shower fixture & the door handle was coming off as well. Found fire ants the next moron the bathroom floor & tub. The soap dish in the shower/tub had not been cleaned out and had a number of small curly hairs and left over soap residue in it. The edge of the tub under where the shower mat and one washcloth were hanging was dirty enough to have to be peeled off the top of the tub, along with a couple of bonus hairs. The place is beyond needing updates. In our first room, a large chunk of ceiling plaster was missing from the center of the ceiling. The only plus would have to be that the refrigerator/freezer combo refroze our water bottles so we didn’t need ice in the cooler. From what we could see everything was rundown and needed updating. This caused everything to look and feel dirty whether it was or not. Needless to say we will never be back!
