We'll stay again.

We loved our stay at the YO Ranch Hotel. It was nice and quiet and clean. The Hotel itself is very neat and interesting. We loved it.

Very quiet and beautiful lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was in the dining room where one of the staff was totally inattentive. Had to wave him down for everything.

We stayed here as a family while we were visiting Schreiner University. The decor is a little outdated but the rooms served its purpose. The beds were comfy and the a/c worked great. Its location was perfect

I always enjoy staying here because of the comfiness of the rooms, the friendly staff, and their amazing breakfast. However, this time they were hosting a dog show and sometime dogs would be crying and upset if their owner left them in the room (which is against hotel rules). I am not upset at the hotel, but wished they would have put the people who were not in the dog show in a different area of the hotel.

Bugs in the bed in the morning! Staff didn’t have a clue at the front desk what they were doing, got there at 5. Check in was posted as 4. Room wasn’t ready until 5:20. Was guaranteed a ground floor when I reserved but didn’t have one upon arrival.

Worst place i ever stayed. We fled that place at 3:30AM. It felt unsafe. There was shady dealing going on in the room next door. We reported it to the front desk.

Visit was fine close to everything. Clean room I only have pictures of are room when we leave. But we forgot something valuable and called and they had it. Clean and honest great buffet on Sunday. Bar was hopping but we don't drink sat in lobby they had a band they where pretty good.

Beautiful place to stay at. Although some of the amenities were either out of order or not open on the days we visited which was a bummer and dimmed the experience. The breakfast buffet is NOT free or should I say complimentary haha. Should have read the pamphlet better. Some of the staff could use an attitude check, but not all of them were Debbie downers.
