Nice room good staff. My only gripe is room was way smaller than expected.

OK, it's an older property but we found it be very comfortable and nice for a quick Spring Break getaway. The grounds are very nice. The room was large. It is certainly very convenient to everything in town. I normally shy away from motel style properties but that was not an issue at all with our stay. The staff that we encountered were all very nice and helpful. Did not eat at the restaurant so cannot vouch for that. I travel quite a bit on business. It was a nice diversion from the cookie cutter business hotels I am always in.

What a great hotel! Stayed there for a night after our motorcycle ride through the hill country. Room was reasonably priced. Rooms are big and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. A bit of construction was going on but it did not interfere with our stay. We especially liked that there was a restaurant and pub on site so we didn't have to go out at night on our bike. Also, very close to Fredricksburg and San Antonio and great places to ride. Make sure you visit the Stonehenge replica that is 5 miles from the hotel and you can catch a show at the Hill Country Arts Foundation and dinner at Encore all right by the Guadalupe River!

Expensive, shower didn't drain, AC barely worked, $11 for continental breakfast. Will stay else where next time.

The hotel was in a great location however still outdated. We didn't mind this so much if it went for the fact it was listed as being renovated. There is free WiFi and decent cable TV if this is important to you. The town is very quiet and still close enough to Fredricksburg and surrounding area's. I understand it was a holiday weekend but it's not worth more then $75 a night. On the plus side, the hotel bar was great for entertainment......

This room was very fun! We were pleasantly surprised. I would have been bummed if we would have been on the ground floor with someone else above us because the floor creaked a lot. Since we weren't, we were golden. Overall the stay was very nice and we would definitely stay there again.

Last couple of times we were there we have had problems with the air conditioning. Had thermostat down to 40 degrees and only got up to 70. After riding all day on a motorcycle really needed it to be cool. Tell front desk they don't seem to care much.

The courtyard was manicured with flowing water and lots of trees and pretty birds. the pool was well cared for and plenty of ementities. the room was very soothing and pleasing to the eyes with everything we could want. next time we will plan to spend a little more time here. I think we will just put the keys on the dresser and spend the entire time right at the inn. it had everything we could want and the restaurant is better than the sourrounding area as well so plan on having dinner there next time. Really, my only complaint is that I should have given myself more time to enjoy the Inn. You guys were great!!!!

Room was nice and clean, but smaller than expected from the pictures. The bathroom had to be the smallest I have ever encountered. Example: the commode was so close to the toilet tissue dispensor that it was almost under your arm. A large person would find it an almost impossible situation.

I stayed in the CASA room, it was very clean and tidy. But the ceiling was very low, I also got to stay in the regular room and I enjoyed that much better because I am a little claustrophobic. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay her and would recommend it to a friend visiting Kerrville!

Our tv was broken and they did nothing about it after we told them. They also had the pool locked up all weekend but claimed they thought it was open

I would not stay again. The morning I left. I started getting charges on my credit card for their restaurant. I called and of course the person I needed to speak to was not in.

Room was very clean although a bit dark. Reception staff was firendly and helpful but made a mistake with the bill and assigned the wrong type of room. Well located, had a good time.

Should be a little cheaper Is very simple In general is ok Great music

We reserved a double room. Front desk asked how many were staying. We told them 3. We get to our room and it is a king bed. I even purchased a double on line with a sitting area. After changing rooms the room was a typical motel style atmosphere. Drive up to your door. The rooms were just updated but they forgot the mattresses. The beds were the worst I have have ever slept in. The mattresses squeaked so much and so loud, it just made you feel dirty. The air conditioning vents were noisy and were covered in dust and mold. The walls were thin so you could hear your neighbor and the people upstairs walking around.

I was totally disappointed! I had booked a king suite for 2 nights. Upon arrival discovered there was no elevator and everything would have to be carried up a narrow spiral staircase. They gave me a double queen room instead but for the same price as a suite. They would not credit me the difference in the cost. The room was clean but very crowded. The only outlets available for my laptop were in the corner by the bathroom so to use it plugged in, I had to sit on the floor in the corner. I would have left but since it was less than 24 hour notice, I would have been charged for the room anyway. I will NOT be returning to this place.

Was a last minute decision to hit the wineries in this area and decided on this hotel. Was nice and cozy but I will say that if you are not a fan of the country music scene or the biker scene then this area may not be for you. Not our cup of tea either so was a little annoying to have so many loud bikes and bikers just hanging around everywhere but we were in town for the wineries and were able to deal.

Hotel was nice, clean and the the staff were great.

the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. we stayed in an upstairs loft room, which we really enjoyed. it is really a suite. however, there is no elevator so you have to lug your luggage up tyhe stairs. we enjoyed going to the lounge where they had live music and the pool is big and very clean. the buffet breakfast is great and very extensive. it is very close to some good restaurants, especially Bella Vita an italian restaurant.

We did the Texas Two Step with 125 new best friends!
