They gave us a room without a working phone. Couldn't call directly down to front desk or room service. Beds are extremely and uncomfortable. Walked out of there with an achy back.

Stood out is NOT having parking. I guessed when I paid $180+ I’d have parking. Should have stayed very limited parking on your site page. I would not have stayed knowing this. Guess that is why you don’t notify OR allow cancellations. Won’t be back.

Excellent, clean environment, and the staff was courteous and professional. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, I forgot my lotion and you all do not provide any of those amenities, while o all other hotels do. Also, most of the food was cold and the potatoes were scorched.

First, we walked on a beautiful beach. Then we went to a comfortable room where we relaxed on a balcony with an awesome view. Then we cleaned up and went downstairs to see and dance to a great band. We ordered dinner because we have eaten here before and believe this hotel has the best food on The Island. We had salmon with shrimp, asparagus, and little delicious potatoes. We like draft beer, and the full bar has many choices to choose from.

Great room. Love the balcony. Love the breakfast with a cook making omelets. Love the entertainment at night. The restaurant food is the best. We love the salmon and the chicken. Healthy and delicious. The check-in staff are very friendly and helpful, and remembered us from the last time we visited.

Parking for the most part is not available onsite. You have to drive through the lot up to the hotel to see a sign that there is other parking across the street. Now you have to drive back out of the lot behind cars who have stopped to unload or are paused, hoping for a parked car to leave. After finally parking, you have a long walk through that same lot with lots of exhaust fumes from idling cars, but now you get to carry all your luggage. Then there was a long line to check in, and the staff were not too happy.
