No ice bucket. No do not disturb sign. No wash cloths. No communication between thier system and the staff. Added the late checkout (and got confirmation of it from thier sysyem) and was greeted with banging on the door multiple times. Outlets worked, lamps worked, comfy beds, nice hot water, full sized mini fridge. Sufficient storage space. Decent heated pool and hot tub. Easy walkable access right to the beach. Restaurant on site has delicious food and kind staff.

Update needed

We reserved a king suite which is what we got, but it was a disappointment. There was a whirlpool tub, which did not work which we found out about after we waited for 1/2 hour to fill it. The water faucet ran very slowly. There was no notice that it was out of order! Our king bed had 4 small pillows on it, smaller than standard size. The bathroom needed an update. Cracked, patched, tiles by on the walls. Toilet paper holders all gross looking, pitted and discolored. The mirror above the vanity was all speckled with black dots so it didn’t pay to even look in it. Barren walls throughout. On a bright note, it was clean. A real disappointment for a Radison!

Staff was nice and welcoming. Stepped on roach right upon entering room. Pool was warm, Hot tub, warm, but not hot. Was attended to every morning, but not clear. Trash/liquor bottles left around pool area still there after pool care 10am. Pool should open even a little earlier than 10AM. Breakfast was great. Great location with boardwalk close to beach, grills, picnic tables. Overall has a lot of potential, but trash could be kept up way better in parking lots and common areas. Could use some major updates and care. Only a few pool chairs and torn/worn. Cracks under doors.

The accommodation are adequate. The pull out couch was well stained but the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was we could not get the internet in our room. The locks on the door had been broken off but dead bolted.

Decent price, free breakfast very nice man at breakfast making waffles, great personality and very attentive. Rooms are decent, tv wasn't working too good and phone was not working. Pool neede some attention , one area had a very strong odor of urine.
