Its an older hotel that is understaffed likey due to the pandemic. Check-in was at 4, rooms were not ready at 4.

The location is ideal as it is right on the beach and the overall appearance is nice. However, the rooms need investing especially for the price. Customer service was okay. Overall, nice facility but needs upkeeping and a little more attention to detail.

We wanted to check in early , we got our armbands, went to the pool & within an hour they called and said the room was ready ! Great view from our room!! Staff at desk very helpful! Check in quick and easy! Yes, the rooms are outdated but we weren't in the rooms very much. Wasn't impressed with the restaurant, worst calamari I've ever had & expensive. I would stay there again.

The property has a very good location but is obviously a bit rundown and in need of some renovations. Tired is the best way to describe the rooms.

We spent 6 nights at the Pearl. We had a good time and enjoyed the pools and hot tub and bar. Before going here i made sure they had blow dryers in the room and when I got there they didn’t have one so i called to get one and they eventually told me they didn’t have anymore. That night my husband found a house keeper and she pulled one from a different room. Our biggest complaint was when we checked in they said they would not be cleaning our room due to covid. This is a beach hotel with tile floors! I can understand not cleaning the room if we were staying a couple nights but we were there SIX nights and the floor got so nasty with sand, and walking in the floor it got in the beds! At least they could of told us before coming they weren’t cleaning our room and we could of brought a broom!

I was disappointed in this hotel. I had stayed there about 3 years ago and was impressed. This stay the bathroom was dirty, refrigerator was dirty plus the bottom of the sheets. Hotel is very out dated

Not really what I expected. Cleanliness was an issue aside from room being outdated. However, view and pool area were great.

Great access to the beach. Nice spacious room was pleased that the condo we had had two restrooms. Furniture and tv are a bit old and outdated. The smell of the room as soon as you walked in was off, smelt like wet. Still a great place to stay with a great view. Also didn’t like that room service wasn’t available as per the front desk yet they charge a resort and cleaning fee. Staff was very friendly and helpful allowing me to check in an hour early.

They never had pool/beach towels always were out. It is an older property but needs A LOT of work! If you don’t want to be around kids DON’T stay here. TONS of kids all under the age of 8! We spent all of our time at the beach because the pool was so dirty and packed with people. No social distancing in pool area! There is a “hotel” fee and I still don’t know what it is for. Pool bar had weak terrible drinks. The walls are very thin so I could hear everything from the room next door and hallway. Aside from that We loved the beach area. Very clean and well kept.

The pool was awesome chose this place because I knew the pool was big and wouldn’t be over crowded. The view I had was great didn’t like much of the guest that don’t know what six feet apart is. Also there was a little bit of hair by the toilet that wasn’t mine and not from your head. Overall great enjoyment for my family.

this property is not clean, carpets, stairways, elevators dirty, etc. the pictures in the website did not match the room i booked, very old and not well taking care off, will never stay here again. Poor service. I will not recommend this hotel.

Our whole stay was great! Staff was excellent! Property was clean, inside and out. Loved the easy access to the beach and it was nice to be able to rent chairs and umbrella on the beach. Pool area was great for adults and kids. Breakfast buffet was nice and affordable. Overall great trip!

Thank you for your review and your recent stay. We have altered our cleaning schedule in order to better accommodate the current COVID environment as have many other resorts and hotels. We do offer the service of providing clean towels when requested through our front desk. I hope that during your next visit you will choose to return to our resort.

Not really what I expected. Cleanliness was an issue aside from room being outdated. However, view and pool area were great.
