1. All of the hidden daily costs were not provided on hotels.com - This was exceptionally annoying as the cost of the room for the stay was about $300 more than had been quoted by hotels.com I don't know about anyone else, but $300 is a reasonable amount of money to be "off" when getting a hotel quote. 2. There was next to no water pressure in the bathroom sink, water dribbled out at best. 3. "Hot" water was lukewarm in the shower, with marginal pressure there also. 4. Had to continually ask about getting coffee set ups for my room & needed to chase housekeeping personnel down to get them. Front desk personnel were marginally helpful in getting this addressed.
