Close to shopping. Noidy from other girsts walking ip and fown stairs. They need carpet on stairs

What a gem! Enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends and family.

Location was great. 3-5 minute walk to Pacific War Museum and main street (shops and restaurants). Stayed in room #6. Bed was comfortable, pillows ok, no shower (had a removable shower head to somewhat take a shower), appearance of room was very nice, nice pool & seating area near a fireplace, breakfast they provide is pretty good (not a lot- you will be hungry 2 hours later). Only problem was that the floors from the 2nd floor (was not aware there was a 2nd floor for another room) is wood. You can hear the people easily walking. Someone loves to walk around in heels because you can hear the pounding for about 2 hours. For some reason that wanted to walk around with heels on. The other problem was no way to block out the lights (through the door) they have on throughout the night. There is just a thin decorative sheet that serves as a curtain. If I stay at this property again, I would book a room that has 2 floors since I would be controlling the noise. I do not mind paying more to be able to get a good nights sleep. This is a nice property, but did not sleep well. Check in ends at 6:00; so be aware of that. I remember reading about that about 2 months ago, but forgot about it. Not the fault of the property, but my fault. They did accommodate me for checking in after 6:00. Workers are very friendly and will work with you.

They pay so much attention to the details. Enjoyed our stay, friendly staff. Breakfast baskets were a pleasant surprise. Within walking distance to downtown and all the shops. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed the hotel. It is small and adorable. The room was clean and nicely decorated, but not very comfortable. Please consider the fragrance/ air fresheners you use. Our room smelled very strongly like frebrese or glad plug ins or something. My family has very sensitive allergies and the smell was overwhelming. Also, the pillows were very spongey and the A/C was dirty. Again, over all the room was great- these things were just out of alignment with the overall experience.

Thank you for your great review. we are actually working now on installing carpets on the stairs to cut down on any noise that may bother our guests. couldn't be a better time to do it with the virus being here and our low occupancy so next time will be resolved for you! take care

Thank you for the great review. Sorry that you didn't realize that this suite only had a jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower. We try to make it very transparent in our description about this.....And so glad that we could accommodate your later check-in! We hope to have you back soon!
