We have stayed here a few times, and it keeps getting better with each stay. The owners are hands on, hard working, and keep adding new amenities and upgrading the landscaping. The lodge is located directly on the Guadalupe River, for easy access to floating the Horseshoe and fishing. Newly added pool, propane griddles, and picnic areas make for an easy day/night of hanging at the lodge. Whitewater amphitheater is a 10 minute walk. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great view of the river and nice areas to sit near the water.
Very clean property with a great view! Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Enjoyed coffee on the large shared porch both mornings we were there. Very easy to get on the river for a float with no shuttle needed. Would definitely recommend.
Riverside Access from first floor was pretty amazing! Great little spot.
Location is really all this place has going for it. The rooms are small and a bit run down, but being right on the river is great and the outside area in the back is pretty nice. There was a large group having a big party in the back while we were there. Some may not have liked that.
