We stay here anytime we come to Fredericksburg. It’s a very brief walk to the shops and restaurants. In fact, there are two restaurants directly across the street. The lobby always has coffee and cookies for guests and the breakfast (7-10) is good. Staff is awesome and so accommodating to your needs. Certainly not our last stay!

This is an older property but it was in very good shape. The room, a family room, was very spacious with a dinning table and sitting area. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was standard fare that you find in most hotels. Overall very convenient access to the shopping area. Would definitely stay again.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. The check in clerk was helpful and gracious but needs more training. She didn't activate our key cards properly and we had to get new ones, she also directed us to the breakfast area on the 3rd floor and it was on the street level. Overall it was a very nice stay and we are happy wr found this hotel. Thank you.
