This was the best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. It’s way bigger than it looks in the photos and literally had everything! Close to everything and if I’m ever back in Fredericksburg, this is where I’m looking first!

Family getaway

The location was excellent, and the pool was absolutely fantastic—perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the extreme heat, which made things a bit uncomfortable.Some of the rooms had issues with slow-draining sinks and tubs, and there were noticeable sinkholes in parts of the flooring. Also worth mentioning: Texas has some very large mosquitoes, and the property could benefit from improved pest control—especially around the pool area.That said, the overall space was great, the pool was a highlight, and there was plenty of room for a large family.

50th birthday girls trip

The property was nice and big. Worked well for seven of us ladies… could a very well had many more but we roll with a tight circle.Located in a pretty good area not far from anything. I would recommend and I would say there again.

Nice house and location!

We were impressed with how clean the house was. It was about a 2 block walk to Main and then another block or so to get to the shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again with a big group!

Fantastic

This house looks deceiving from the street but … once you get in it is fantastic! Lots of room for a big family gathering! The kitchen is superb with a huge island! Beds were comfy. We made s’mores at the fire pit! There were deer everywhere! And the best part was that it was only 2 blocks from Main Street where all the shops and restaurants were. My grandson said “Granny how did you rent a hotel!” We had a fantastic time! I’d use this place again!

Perfect Girls’ Getaway

Two blocks off Main St- perfect central location for walking to restaurants and shopping! Central location for golfing in F’berg, Kerrville and Comfort. Huge central room off kitchen was perfect for game nights!

Wedding at the Ginger Ranch

Family from TX, NY, CO and MO. The accommodations were perfect! Especially, each bedroom having irs own en suite. The pool was cold but fabulous! Couples were able to walk to Main St and shop. HEB grocery right around the corner. Overall, great property for a large group.

Family & Friends Reunion

Our stay was most excellent from arrival all the way through departure. The house was in excellent condition and provided an exceptionally relaxed environment for our group of friends coming from France, Guam, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia and America. Our friends had a great time while there and we’re already planning our next adventure there!

Plenty of space

The house had everything we needed in space and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the pool was perfect with plenty of chairs and space. This is an older property and as such could use a little TLC from the owner on some things. The property management company is amazing to work with and was on point getting things taken care of when needed.

Great house for a family getaway

The house was in a great location. Close to the shopping and HEB but you wouldn't know it from the noise level. It felt very private for being in middle of town. The home was perfect, esp the pool. The only con was that there were not a lot of cooking/kitchen tools. So if you will be doing a lot of your own cooking bring your kitchen must haves.

Beautiful Home

Lots of parking, great set up for family and friends. pool was great to cool off in. so close to main street. just a few minor things batteries for the remotes, one of the beds had dirty sheets on it, gas for the Bar B Que grill.

High school reunion trip

Girls trip high school reunion. Celebrating 45 years. The house was perfect. We had enough space, beds were comfortable, kitchen was large. Sectional couch was our only complaint not a friend to an older crowd. They did have another living area that was wonderful. Loved the screened in porch.
