Staff was great. Facility was horrible. Had three different rooms in 4 night stay. #1: music noise from bar one floor below was over 100 decibels, ocean view window had not been cleaned in years #2: heater did not work, safe did not work #3: phone did not work, bathroom exhaust fan sounded like I was at the Indy 500 I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor upkeep

We booked a suite room horrible … all the beds are in the same room no privacy for couples. Bathroom was extremely dirty, moldy, rotten and extremely small not even enough space to move around or put your cloths on. One of worst experiences we had.

Everything was good except for our room, although the beds were comfortable and the shower was relaxing, but we could barely squeeze into the bathroom. The door swings open about 1 inch from the toilet and there is no vent. There is nowhere to hang a towel in the sink area, have to lay it on the limited sink space. The drawers have a bad odor, we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases. The tv was complicated to use and had very few viewing channels. The air conditioner would not cool down, no matter how low we set the thermostat. A full length mirror would be nice being that there are plenty of bare walls.

I appreciated the pools, proximity to the ocean. Front desk personnel was inconsistent- was the Smart was $3 or $5? At the restaurant, some dinners were missing items-tacos had no rice & beans. Salad had no tomato or avocado-servers offered no explanation. No dairy free creamer option. Ran out of Cranberry & Apple juice. Ordered nachos on dinner menu, was missing pico de gallo & guacamole. When asked for them, received pico & a scoop of plain avocado. Womens’ restroom alongside bar has an oil diffuser…the artificial flowers in it are dirty, need to wash or replace.
