We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent.

The room was clean but we did have a roach crawl on the bathroom sink. We did not realize that the rooms we would occupy on the second floor did not have elevator access. However, the staff was able to move one room to the first for a relative who had mobility issues. Pools were nice, especially with one cold and one 'warm'. The pickelball courts were very nice and a plus when compared with most area resorts.

The room was very clean however the bathroom could have been much cleaner. When i went to get a shower I was worried the spicket and knob for the water we’re going to fall off they were very loose. There was hair on the shower wall and dirt in the bathtub like it wasn’t cleaned properly. The staff were wonderful

The mattress was too soft and caved in. The room had too much light seeping in it from gigantic outdoor lighting that could be dimmed down after 2 PM at night.

The room was outside of the hotel no stairs and the person next door was so annoyed screaming and coughing all night long and no body answer the phone in reception plus the blankets where dirty I know because the smells were so bad and nasty so that’s why I just give them 1 star but to me would be -5 stars
