Comfy, clean, cute, quiet

Wonderful house! The home was very clean with comfortable beds as well as comfy living room furniture, bar stools, and dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, soap, dish towels, etc. The appliances were very clean and worked well. The pictures show the fun the design of the property well. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and close to the historic downtown area and Louise Hays park for swimming in the Guadalupe. Kim kindly provided restaurant recs prior to our visit. We plan to stay here again!

Wedding in Kerrville

We came in for a friends wedding in Kerrville and we wanted to stay in a more homey setting. The house was great, clean, great location and very cute. We will stay here again when needed!

Perfect!

We loved staying here. I think she’s thought of everything you would need. The layout is great for families and everything is beautifully done. We loved the mini bar and the record player with great music. Our new favorite house for camp drop off!

Clean, Eclectic and Fun!

This house is eclectic and offers so much fun for all ages. We especially enjoyed the record player and I have 2 out of the 9 albums on her wall. Located close to town.

A truly wonderful find!

We were looking for a hill country getaway and ended up booking Kerrville not because of the location but because of this cute property- and boy did it not disappoint. The home is much comfier than the photos lead on. The backyard is a true oasis. We made homemade pizza, crafted on the large kitchen table, and even walked to a wine bar down the street. Kim was more than responsive, and we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. I would book this home- or any other property they manage - in a heartbeat!

Lovely Kerville Cottage!

Cute, cozy and well-appointed, the Tivy Cottage in Kerville, TX was the perfect home base for our small family and mini schnauzer for visiting family and friends over the holiday. Convenient location with cool extras that exceeded our expectations. Loved the Honor Bar and vinyl collection.

Kerrville Comfort

This is a very comfortable house that has been very thoughtfully decorated. Everything we could want was present. Excellent dishware, cookware, kitchen appliances, etc. helped us create a nice (early) Thanksgiving meal. Furniture, beds, baths are all very pleasant. The fenced in back yard, along with poo bags, is excellent for visitors with pets. We were here with wet weather but definitely look forward to renting when the weather is nice so we can take advantage of the hot tub, hammocks an bikes.

Everything you could ask for!

WOW! What a wonderful place to stay! There were indoor and outdoor games, great restaurants around, and a hot tub! The home is decorated beautifully, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and there's plenty of room for your guests to park too. Not to mention the bar is fully stocked! We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing and Perfect!

This property was precious, clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our family spanning three generations! We had a ball staying here and will definitely be back! From the cute decor to the fully stocked kitchen and amazing backyard space (and record player and bar setup) this was a true gem! The property manager was A++++++++++ too!

The PERFECT spot!

My husband and I were in town for my son’s wedding and we couldn’t of picked a more perfect place! Not only is this place immaculately clean, well maintained with some restored original features (which were so cool), it has a TON of “extras” beyond the usual amenities. Essential oils and a diffuser, robes, the most comfortable beds, records, games, an awesome backyard and the list goes on. I wish we had time to enjoy the hot tub and relax in the hammocks outside but we had a bunch of wedding festivities to attend. Kim was AMAZING from booking until check out. She bent over backwards to accommodate our crazy flight schedule and was always quick to respond to any message. Not only that she sent us encouraging well wishes the day of the wedding to let us know she was thinking about us and praying for our day. WOW!!! I never met her in person but if I did, I’d probably give her a massive hug lol. If you’re looking for an amazing time away, this is the place to stay!
