Cozy clean neat cottage in Waco, on a quiet corner. Private backyard with fire pit is the highlight. Close to the silos, Baylor campus and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Great location and a perfect home for our Spring Break getaway. We all loved the gaming table! Jodie was a fab host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here with a small family!

This property is absolutely immaculate and beautiful! It is very close to many activity and wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed outdoor eating at Route 77 (food truck park, very close by). We also enjoyed live music and pizza while sitting by the river at Slowrise. If you want a beautiful drive to overlook the city visit the Bluffs. We will definitely return.!

Host was very communicative and gave thorough info for the VRBO. We loved it, I especially appreciated all of the decor and furnishings and the fact that there was a QR code to scan to see where you could purchase the same decor for your own home! Would love to come stay again!

Our stay was wonderful, house was clean and comfy. Everything you need was available with some workout equip for a quick morning workout. It actually was a great location and easy access to downtown, Baylor, and Silos. Lovely space.

The living room furniture was not very comfortable. The bathroom sink faucets were not clean. The double doors in the bedrooms were hard to lock. The neighborhood wasn’t the best.
