Each bedroom includes an empty dresser and closet for your use. The kitchen is stocked with all basic appliances, plus a coffee maker, blender, and washer/dryer. A queen air mattress is also available for extra guests.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
Keep vehicle on the driveway. If any damage is done to grass or sprinklers you will incur a fee. Any parked vehicles off the driveway may be towed at our discretion.
No smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.
Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
