Well when we arrived we didn’t have tv and then we woke up the next day and still didn’t have tv ended up checking out early @6pm the night before I was supposed to leave. Talk to manager and she was supposed to refund me some money and I was still charged full amount.

Room was large and clean. We loved our stay. The breakfast was kept full and everything was great. The staff here were so friendly! Norma was amazing at check-in. Had some issues with the tv while there but they have cable company out trying to fix it quickly.

Staff was rude tv and internet wouldn’t work the elevators only one was working and at one time no lie stood there for 15 min waiting we tried another time 10 mins we decided to take the stairs after that was so crazy when your in it sounds like it’s breaking clanking around. The pool is scary because they have tile and the floor gets so slippery every person almost slipped the emergency exit was propped open not secure definitely a code violation the plus the room was spacious other than that I will never stay again
