"Room was unclean, could visibly see the dust. We didn’t feel comfortable eating in our room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It completely bent to the side of the heavier person. I’m 150, the other person was 180. Hallway was dirty. The staff though was very nice."

"This is a picture perfect home and a great place to stay in Waco. Convenient to everything and still feel like you awake in a page from a magazine. Huge shout out to Kimberlee and Robin, our travel plans were delayed on check-in. Someone stopped by the house and had lights on throughout, it was extremely welcoming and made us feel taken care, an amazing way to end a long day! Thank you for sharing your home and allowing us to spend every day like a Saturday! "
