Everything was fine I have stayed there before and would again.
Arrived and checked in into my room to find dirty towels hanging in shower and dirty bathroom.
Great location in downtown near the river. About a 20 minute walk to the Silos.
Very quick and easy to check in and when I needed anything like more shampoo and conditioner they brought it to my room with a smile. Very neat and clean hotel. I will definitely stay there again.
We were greeted by Arthur at the front desk. What a nice man! So friendly & knowledgeable about all to do, places to ear. Anything you want to know. The hotel is nice. Very clean. Convenient to sightseeing spots in Waco.

We like the beautiful pool area and the river walking path.
When we booked king size they have to provide 2 queen beds and were asked to pay more. This is so silly that when its booked online with orbitz, why cant you conform correctly. This has caused lot of inconvenience
Overall, nice hotel just needs some minor updates.
The room was clean, bed comfy and the shower’s water pressure strong. After a long day of driving we were tired and hungry. The staff in the bistro prepared our dinner quickly and graciously delivered it to our room. The food was great! The location was convenient for us as well.
I did not have access to a car, however with their service to take me anywhere within a 5 mile radius I didn’t need one! It was awesome to call front desk and arrange a transport to my favorite destinations. I know of no other hotel that offers this service! Thank you!
