The hotel had only been open for 2 days so I should have expected the problems- no restaurant, inexperienced front desk staff, skeleton housekeeping services, etc. I am still glad to have stayed there because it is a good location for me.

1. I loved the lavender balm and other products (shampoo, etc), the pillows, bathrobe, fridge, TV, etc. 2. The restaurant is very over-priced. For example, a server encouraged me to get the larger bowl of oatmeal but it was too much food and way too expensive. 3. Sunday morning. the restaurant service was very poor. I had to walk to the front several times to find someone. 4. A restaurant server overcharged me about $10, which was not a problem in itself (people make mistakes), but very puzzling as to how it was handled, because: A. She said she could not void it and re-charge it correctly. She gave me the change instead; however, I did not want or need more Canadian money (that is why I was using a card in the first place), B. Even more curious, she apologized profusely; however, she said it happened because of her poor eyesight. A person with poor eyesight needs to either not be ringing up a bill or needs to be wearing glasses. I asked and she said she has glasses "in the back". C. She tried to figure out the difference in her head, which was not helpful to me. D. Then, she tried to calculate the difference on paper, but I was unable to read her handwriting.

Great location in terms of convenience for the northern part of the city. The rooms on the renovated floors are terrific. The UN-renovated rooms? Meh. Not so great for the money. I asked to be put on a renovated floor when I checked in this time, but no luck. The other slightly weird thing is that if you get room service, your dishes will sit outside your room for DAYS. Literally. It is a strange blip in a hotel that is otherwise very well run. I took pictures as a kind of time-lapse. Three days -- those dishes stayed there.

Very friend staff- they upgraded me to a king without my having to ask. Room service was fast and efficient. The downstairs lobby was nice. My only complaint (and it is a small one) is that the carpeting on my floor (the 10th) was really beat up (I think they're doing renovations, so this could improve soon). Also, for some odd reason, the drinking glasses from my first night's room service sat outside my door for two days (complete with lemon and lime slices). Other than these small details, my stay was great, and I WOULD return.

very close to a lot of stores and conveniently located.

Hotel staff were very courteous and welcoming. Room was neat and clean and comfortable.

Was looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating and got everything I needed

We had a great experience from check in to check out. Everyone made sure we were happy and comfortable. Plus the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable but the hotel staff wasn't very welcoming and no one knew anything about the area or city. It wasn't very helpful for visitors to Toronto. The traffic around Toronto is pretty bad so count on 30 min to an hr to get to downtown.

Very happy with everything , for the price of the room, it was beyond expected.

very friendly and kind. would come back again. food at the restaurants was great as well. rooms were clean and nice view.

Gym facilities should be improved /renovated . Parking charges are over
