The hotel itself is great! Room service was very easy. Great place to stay when you get stuck in Toronto in the winter time :). The reason for a 4-star rating instead of 5 is that there was a used Qtip in my room (they didn't check the corners of the room). I would stay here again. Mistakes happen. The room was spotless otherwise! Rooms are very spacious.

Room was less than average. Property is very nice. Front desk guy didn't seem like he even cared. Very blah right from the start, like he was reading off a script. Parking was easy a simple which was nice. The front door employees extremely friendly and nice. Were smiling all the time. (Front desk employee should learn from them) Room was tiny as can be. Bathroom had no soap. The ones in the shower were empty. Had to ask for some just to wash hands.
