Rooms could be improved , quite dated , bedside lights were missing (holes still present) telephone removed but cable left behind , electric oil filled radiator on wheels was supplied to heat the room. Hotel is a disappointment considering its reputation. The rooms were cold, old and badly lit, with poor quality mattresses where the springs could be felt, and quilts so thin our kids were sleeping in jumpers and bathrobes.

Lovely to have a bath and a shower in the room. Most of the staff were lovely, particularly the breakfast staff including the Spanish chef who went out of her way to get me vegan croissants and the lady who checked us in for breakfast who was very friendly and kind.
