Beautiful property
Cute little cabin up on top of a mountain. The drive up was a little scary, and the cabins are super close together. You can hear conversations going on on the cabin beside you so it’s not really private, people from the cabin beside you can see you in the hot tub, but the cabin inside is beautiful. And so is the view from the balcony.

DO NOT STAY HERE
View was spectacular I must admit, but that’s where it ends. The cleanliness of the cabin was terrible at best! We were there for only a few hours and our kids feet were literally filthy from the discusting floor. I did reach out and the next day a few teenagers came to “clean the floor” which entailed one spraying something and one pushing the swiffer. We asked for a vacuum so one teen went and got the vacuum and said he vacuumed. Then they left. There were still Cheerios on the rug that was not from us and crackers all under the couch. And don’t get me started about the couch. The absolutely worst so called couches I’ve sat on. It snowed while we were here, but tried to use the fireplace but it kept turning off after about three minutes. There was glass broken by the nightstand that my daughter stepped on and cut her foot. Looked under bed and broken glass everywhere. Absolutely No hot water! For 8 people only one could take a short shower. Then had to wait an hour in between. Seriously!! The hot tub wasn’t even hot! And it stunk like mildew and mold , but yet we were charged $90 for hot tub cleaning. Cleaning that doesn’t get done!! We cleaned the place ourselves, had to buy cleaning supplies just to take a bath. I emailed and texted Vrbo and Vasca but nothing! Shame on them for terrible customer service! Very disappointed! Unhappy customer but no one cared!

Cabin Stay
The view of the outside and the interior were excellent. However, the cleaning, plumbing, and sofa & loveseat have a lot to be desired. The bedrooms had not been swept from underneath their beds and items such as tissues and a ziplock bag with an unknown substance was found. Additionally, a dirty pair of underway and socks along with.a Nasal cannula were found in the drawer of the armoire located in the game room. Finally, the sink on the third floor has a serious draining issue. Instead of taking the p-trap off to locate the clog, instead some moron decided to take the stopper out. Furthermore, regarding the game room, the fuse ball table is broke and two of the movie seats are broken as well.

Amazing View!!!
This cabin is very family friendly, with lots of fun activities for children and adults. The view and location is great, close to stores and food service places. On the down side this cabin needs some TLC (tender loving care). There were spider webs on each balcony and on the windows in the front, also the window in the front did not have the screen on, literally the screen was on the ground in front of the window. I had a few problems with the main floor AC it did not work, there were two wooden panels that was distacted from the balcony, so if you have children please be careful and check before allowing them to play, these panels are on the main level balcony. Someone had placed two rock under the wood to do a quick fix. I call the maintance team and a guy came within 30-45 mins. to tighten the panels but the rocks were still place back under the wood for security. Next, the jettted tub on level 3 broke and water begun pouring out the ceiling into the kitchen, while I was cooking. Maintance was called again and he said "I can not fix that, they will have to call the spa people". While he was there I asked him to check the AC again on the main level and he did, but he said "yep it not working, I through they had brought you a window unit". Lastly, the cabin needs new blankets for the beds because thay have holes in them, and clean towel because most of the ones that were in each bathroom had brown stains on them.

Too noisy and cabins too close
The cabin needs a deep clean, especially bathrooms.
Do not stay in this area unless you are ready to hear everything from the cabins next door. Called Vacasa and sheriff and they couldn’t do anything

Great spot for a family Smoky Mountain Getaway
This was a great spot for our family of 6 to spend a week in the Smoky's just hanging out together. The property is pretty much exactly as advertised, adequately furnished and comfortable. The location is great, close enough to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, etc. The views are spectacular! There is a grocery store (Kroger) not far away that was perfect for stocking up once we arrived.
If you are traveling with a family and plan to cook most of your meals in the house as we did, there are a few things to be aware of.
The kitchen is 'adequately' stocked with what you will need to cook meals, but it's not perfect. We were able to get by, but there are a few items ostensibly missing that would have made things easier on us, such as:
-Cookie sheet
-9x13 baking dish
-Pair of scissors
-Pizza wheel
-Additional oven mitts, there was only one
-Serving platters/dishes
You will need to bring EVERYTHING to prepare your meals. There are no condiments, staples, etc. Things that we have on hand at home that you will take for granted, I highly recommend you bring:
-Salt & Pepper
-Coffee Filters
-Saran/foil for covering leftovers
-Ketchup & mustard
-Any spices you use on the regular
-Ice
-Cooking spray
Other household items that you might find useful to bring along based on the size of your group would be:
-Laundry soap (soap provided for one load, washer is a tiny stackable)
-Fabric softener
-Extra TP and Paper Towels
-Lysol Wipes (no cleaning solvent was provided, and I like to actually clean surfaces after I cook and in the bathroom throughout the week)
There were a couple of cleanliness issues that should be addressed:
-The top deck had a fair amount of bat guano on the deck near the hot tub. Ick.
-The pillow shams and comforter on the master bedroom upstairs needed to be washed, one of the pillow shams had some sort of crusty stain on it (let's not go there, shall we?)
There are some minor maintenance items that could be improved upon
-The living room furniture is TIRED, but for a rental it's fine. A couple of cushions had burn holes in them, but it worked
-There is a smell outside the front door that I'm fairly certain is related to the septic system, but you cannot smell it inside the cabin
I think that's about it. We would rent this place again and come better prepared, so hopefully this was helpful!

Not great
Pull out couch sheets were filthy, spring on loveseat was broken, dishwasher barely worked, toilets got clogged constantly (had to have plumber out multiple times), and last but not least we had mice in the basement (where people were sleeping!). We found a ton of mice poop after 1 night of leaving a dirty cup downstaird. Housekeeping came to clean it up with a vaccum that had no hose attachment. Left a lot of the poop and never came back to clean It up. I have been playing phone tag with manager. Not happy. Find another cabin!!

Less than ok
The hot tub was nasty...we cleaned it. Horrible water pressure and obvious sewage issues due to ‘slow’ flush, backups and horrendous odors. Bug in master bed...not certain, but irrelevant. Love smokies, not this cabin. Going back thanksgiving/Christmas but not to this place.
