Clean, pools were clean . Breakfast was hotel breakfast, doable . The bathrooms were clean, and the hot water was hot , even after the 3rd person’s shower. It’s definitely a hotel and motel. My kids had to run around the corner and down the hall to get to the elevator after the pool. I would book again and ask for an indoor room if possible.

The room was nice, beds were more comfortable than I expected, a sink outside the bathroom was a great feature so people could utilize both at the same time. However, the layout of the pool and accessing it are terrible. I receved an upgrade and was able to choose between "creek side" or "pool side", and was told that I'd be indoor near the pool on the second floor. While technically correct, I still had to go outside in the 20-degree weather to ride an elevator, then go back inside to the pool, then repeat that after swimming. Absolutely horible design. The glass doors that seperate indoor/outdoor need to be moved beyond the elevators. Otherwise, location is good and the stay was not bad.

Room was pretty clean. Some random floss was on the floor. Kind gold gross but besides that, the room was very clean. Breakfast hosts were super friendly, but it was the same thing 3 days in a row so it got old by day 2. Overall not a bad place to stay at all. We would stay again. Location was great also.

Room was dirty and outdated. Crumbs on counter. Linens were dirty. Sink leaked. Drain flies thst wouldn't go away. Randy was not helpful. Maintenance eventually fixed the leak but they seemed to lack the knowledge to do it properly. However, they were the friendliest of all staff encountered.

Rooms were nice and housekeeping came daily. Property very nice and creek in back was so pretty. Breakfast was the same thing every day and very bland. We only ate there one day which kinda sucked since that’s one reason I picked the place. Very good location close to everything
