My check in was delayed and they didn’t consider extending my check out for even 30 minutes. The room was not clean enough. Water continued to leak in the kitchen and went down to the bedroom wet all our bags. The living rooms chairs was dirty and smells.

Well we love how it was close to things to do. The pool water was really cold. We loved the hot tub. The elevator was slow, the parking wasn't he best we had to park outside which is fine, but cars that could park in the garage would help. We have a big truck with a flat bed and dual wheels making it hard to park when there is only so many spaces for a truck that big to get in and out.

Great Stay

Was a great stay. We stayed in the one bedroom condo and we had no complaints. So much room and bed was comfortable. Full kitchen with full fridge. Room was clean and provided everything we would need. The only thing that might need improvement is the check in process. The check in building is separate from the hotel and hard to find.

The property was a great location. The staff were all wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. Even, the resorts direct contact was great! I will say if you’re a light sleeper the rooms have the outside bright lights in them all night. It was my only dislike. It was like daylight in the room all night from the windows having no curtains in the double beds. I added one night on and I was able to get my keys to the new room before check out & did not have to wait. The team made a priority of it. The pools were great. We were able to walk anywhere in downtown we wanted. I would definitely stay again.

More cons than pros

I'm usually not one to leave reviews, but for this one it felt warranted. My sister and I took my 3 year old neice for a weekend trip. When we were looking for places to stay, places with kiddie pools were a deciding factor. First of all, when we arrived Friday night, the door to our room wasn't even closed. Then Saturday morning my neice woke up excited and ready to go swimming only to find out the pool wasn't even opened. It still had the cover over it. I understand there were repairs in progress, but i feel as if there should have been some kind of notice of this before booking. Lastly, when we were gathering our things together to get ready to leave, my sister found a pair of someone's (from a previous stay) dirty socks underneath the corner of the bed. There was also trash underneath the vanity in the bathroom. The positive for them was their customer service. Check-in was smooth. Saturday night our tv wouldn't work. I called the front desk and spoke with Cassie (not sure of spelling). She immediately came right up to our room and checked it out and couldn't get it to work. She went and found another tv and brought it up to us. We thought that was extremely nice of her. Aside from her being so kind to us, we weren't exactly satisfied with our stay here.

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to tons of stuff to do and places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. You can walk to the strip. Not hard to get to. The parking on the other hand is tricky if you have a bigger vehicle asked for a red tag parking when booking cause they only have so many. If you dont get a red tag then yoi have to park in the underground parking lot and it can be a very tight spot
