Property was not as close to everything as advertised. Property needs renovation. Carpet had several stains. Took very long to check in.

It was very nice but it in three separate buildings not close to the pool at all ! Would have to walk a block! And the bed was a little hard ! But other than that it was clean! And staff was friendly!

Great place

Nice staff the room was great

Wasn't the room I booked, was suppose to be a Romantic getaway and the bed was too small had to sleep on the couch and no jacuzzi tub The kitchen didn't provide any dish liquid or dishwasher soap to clean dishes Cob webs every where and garbage under the bed

Very Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. Walking distance to central downtown area. I would definitely stay in this property again.

Bathroom was not clean when we arrived, and the bed linens were questionable. Kenneth, however, saved the day by going above and beyond and doing housekeeping's job for them.

Overall our experience was nice, we had a issue with finding our way around to get to the room from the parking. But im sure it will get better after the renovations.

It felt like renting an apartment when we walked in! The comfy gas fireplace and jacuzzi tub, gorgeous kitchen! Absolutely worth every penny!

Stayed on 5th floor elevator took forever to make it up or down. Had a family with very very noisy kids yelling screaming shouting until 9 or 10 at night. The room was nice bathroom was clean shower was new. Very few channels on the tv though all sports channels mostly. Wife wasn't impressed with that but overall great stay. We would stay again and recommended to friends and family short walk to the strip to. It is down hill to the strip so walking back up you get really good exercise.

This is a time share property not a hotel. Picture on website is deceiving, view is a rock wall and chain link fence. No amenities as far as breakfast which I thought was included, parking is underground with only a couple of handicap spaces. Was told room was right next to elevator but had to squeeze down long narrow hall to find the room around another corner. Multiple elevators make it very confusing to find your room also. Went to 3 different areas before finding room. Parking also so tight, someone hit my bumper. Had to park on far side of lot as the 1 handicap spot was taken as well as the all the other spots near the elevator. They have great spots where handicap parking should be but those spots are reserved for time share owners. Would not recommend this place...below a one star rating. This was listed on Orbitz as a hotel, it is not, it is a time share and they told me if I would have booked through them my stay would have been Less than half of what I paid. Then they tried to sell me a time share. We had to leave Gatlinburg early due to a family death but stopping on the way home to pick up our son from his military base we stayed at a much nicer place.

The hotel is in nice condition. No housekeeping service. You take your towels and go down to parking garage to exchange for clean ones. It is a resort own by Exploria, so when you check in they want you to sign up for meetings to listen about Travel Clubs. It is in walking distance to town and has trolley stop put front of garage entrance. Really not much outdoor sitting areas to enjoy outside time. Will being a bag of ice to your room at no charge. Nice hotel. Indoor pool was to cold to use. Outdoor pool water was warmer than inside pool water. Has outside hot tub.

Nowhere did I see that this is considered a resort when booking, so imagine my surprise when they asked about attending a presentation after checking in. Not having experience with resorts we found it unusual that we were told there was no housekeeping for the weekend and that if we needed we would have to get extra towels ourselves. Also, I had requested a room with spa/jacuzzi for our anniversary but was not granted one, and the room we were assigned was by a parking place for a rather noisy hotel next door. Some view! When we needed coffee for a second day we had to go to the office(a block away) to get some. At that time I was told that when we checked out we were to take out the trash, wash the dishes and leave soiled towels on bathroom floor. Except for the towels we had never heard such a thing. Maybe we just don't understand what the rules are for a "resort" but if that's the case give us a regular hotel any day! Why would we want to pay to stay someplace where we basically pay to do the same chores we do at home? Not our idea of romantic getaway.

Room are adequate. Hard to maintain comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. Exterior of facility seems to be a little run down. Kitchens are not adequately stocked if you want to cook in your room.

Everything you wanted was you have to go here or go here. II was disappointed that I couldn't add a day on without going to yes another building from this time to this time.

It was great for a family vacation young and old.
