We enjoyed our stay. Our only issue was one of the lamps in the bedroom wouldn’t quit flashing when turned on. Also the parking in the garage is very tight. Otherwise very clean. The men that gave me all the information for our stay was awesome!

Super deal for a suite with full kitchen and sitting area. Even had a gas fireplace for ambience! Just like the pictures showed. Had a jetted tub, but we did not use. King bed was comfy - linens were fresh. Staff was just ok at check-in - not the friendliest.

First of all , I wasn’t booked in the hotel that Expedia represented on the website. I went to the address and woman at the desk claimed we were booked at that location. It looked like it was built in the 1960’s old and run down. I told her I wanted the location that I booked with the pictures and she said they could do that but I had to pay additional $40 a day to get that hotel. I feel Expedia totally miss represented the reservation and I should be refunded the $40 per day I stayed. In addition to that the room was dirty, and needed to be extremely cleaned. Dust on the ceiling fan and mold on the ceiling and through out the bathroom.

Bedroom door wouldn’t close and the washer was pretty noisy. You can’t hear the TV if you’re washing clothes. Parking is really tight. But was a nice place to stay

I requested a room with a jacuzzi, they gave me a regular room. The toilet was very wobbly. I was able to move rooms but i left my car key in the room and said it wasn't found, would not let us look in the room ourselves. They was rude about the situation.

Staff was prompt to help but room was nowhere near the photos displayed on Expedia. You know must of the time that's a given but in this case it was way way off. I'd like to come back but only after they remodel the bathrooms and the cabinets and the carpets and stuff. The aesthetic of it all kinda was poor. No real area for vending machine except two random ones. Food vending machine wasnt working. No kind of Continental breakfast or ice machines or anything like a regular hotel. Staff was prompt to help and we did appreciate their dilligence. TVs are like 10+ year old 32 inch TVs you'd find in a childs room.

When we booked this property, we saw photos of a resort with an outdoor and indoor pool, recreation area and the room was really nice. When we checked in, we found out there was 3 locations down the street from each other. By the next day, we realized that the one in the photos was the nicer one and was for people who own a timeshare with the company. There was nothing disclosing that this was a timeshare property. The check in time online also said 4pm and at 5pm our room still wasn’t ready. After we told the front desk we arrived and signed the paperwork, we were sent to another room. The man in that room said we were the first to book under the new system. He told us they were changing the resort to a 5 star resort and just got a new booking system. He told us we were supposed to choose a gift upon booking. He ended up talking us in to attending a timeshare presentation that gave us a $100 Amex gift wed and a free week vacation. Upon attending this talk, we soon realized that he may of pretended to put us into a new system so we though we got a “gift.” Gifts shouldn’t include having to jump through hoops to revive. The staff at this resort were friendly and the room was clean for the most part. But there was a stain on the bottom of my mattress and on the ceiling of the room. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. The resort is ran by false advertising and con artists. However, it was a short walk to downtown for shopping and dinning.

The room itself was awesome. But there was only 1 coffee in the room and I had to call out to get someone to answer the phone. When I tried the single button for the front desk nobody ever answered. Then I had to walk down to the parking garage to housekeeping to get more coffee. Not very accommodating.
