We will be back!
This was a wonderful place to stay and very budget friendly. Great location. The room was clean and spacious, had a microwave and fridge which is helpful. Loved the wildlife off the balcony, geese and ducks, several woodchucks and even a skunk ha! The staff were nice and helpful, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. It was biscuits, gravy, sausage, potatoes, eggs, pancakes, toast, yogurt, canned fruit, grits and oatmeal. My only slight recommendation would be to add real butter packets and some shredded cheese to breakfast for the grits and eggs, not a margarine fan.

Nice location with a balcony overlooking the water. The entire staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, beds were comfy, clean room (with the exception of the baseboards being dusty...especially in the bathroom), covered parking and a really good breakfast too. We will definitely be back to stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times . The Balconies over the river are amazing . Breakfast is Free and has everything you would expect . Rooms are clean , beds are comfortable . 2 TVs with plenty of channels . Quiet road and easy access to everything in the area . Dollywood 5 minutes away

The room was comfy and has the homey feel! The bed spreads are the cutest and when you open the balcony door and see the flowing creek all your worries are literally washed away! The view absolutely sold this place to us! We will be back. Only thing I highly recommend is washing the curtains and label the office/lobbydoor for people who are new to the area since there are 2 doors close to one another!

Convenient to plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Reasonable rates, 2 King bed room was spacious and beds were comfortable, we loved the balcony view, free breakfast was good and helped us save on meals during our stay. Checkout was super simple.

Okay for the price.
The stay was okay. The facilities are old, but upkeep was good. We arrived at 2PM. Check in time is 4PM. They had the room ready, but would charge $56 for early check-in. Stupid in my opinion. The hotel has two buildings, one on each side of the creek. It is not easy to get to the second building where we were located. The breakfast was in the office building, which is a separate building from either of the hotel buildings. We did not use the breakfast, it was too hard to get to and parking was very limited. In our building, room access was from the outside, not a hallway. It was like staying in an old motel.

The room we stayed in had a balcony overlooking the river, and the river running and the geese and ducks were music to our ears! Downfall: flapper bad on toilet, it kept running; and the kitchen faucet was extremely wabbly. Service was great, breakfast ok, bed was awesome! We will be back! Suggestion: paper towels in kitchenettes for use as shielding splatters in microwave!
