Clean, friendly staff, safe area, plenty of parking and amenities. Would stay here again.

Finally, a place with no mask restrictions. Hotel is in a high car-traffic area. Summertime is likely a car-challenge considering our early winter experience.

Staff at this hotel: Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Our check in was pretty quick. Receptionist was very nice, answered all of our questions, and directed us to some pretty good restaurants. The breakfast cooks were great. They had a good sense of humor and always in good spirits even when swamped with orders. The food was always hot and cooked well. The waitress or hostess for breakfast was always smiling and just a joy to talk to. I think just having a wonderful breakfast with the cooks and waitresses really set the mood for our day. We always left the hotel happy and ready to run around in Pigeon Forge. I cant say enough about the breakfast crew. Definitely worth eating breakfast at the hotel. The entrance and lobby was nice and clean, well organized. rooms were very clean, decent amount of space, and good air conditioning. The bathrooms were nice and clean as well. If I had one complaint, It would be the pillows. The minute you lay your head on them they flatten right out. I had to keep bunching them up under my head to get comfortable. The indoor pool is a bit small or confined i feel, but the out door pool with slide was great. My 2 kiddos really liked being able to end the day with swimming and using the that slide. The pool areas were also clean and well maintained with plenty of seating with shade. Over all I definitely would recommend this hotel. The price for the area is pretty good as well. My family and I would use this hotel again.

Very convenient location; also Nancy at the bar was great! Enjoyed talking with her - she's very friendly, professional - a true asset to the hotel :)

Clean hotel, everything seemed to be in good working condition. We missed having daily housekeeping service but that’s just the way things are everywhere due to the pandemic. Overall a great stay! Be aware this hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast of any kind.

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was close to everything

Location was amazing! The beds had high quality bedding - very clean!

Liked the suite because it was big enough for our larger family of 6. Liked the microwave and small refrigerator. Liked the pool; inside (when it rained) and outside (with the slide). The lighting in the room was minimal and some of the switches didn't do anything. It was inconvenient to not have a sink by the microwave and Keurig; had to walk around to the bathroom to get water. The wifi was not easily accessible on our android tablets. It was a little more expensive than we normally pay. No continental breakfast and the restarant was too expensive for our family. It is in a good location; easily accessible to everything including Dollywood. Overall good place to stay.

Great location Friendly staff Clean Great beds and good pillows

Very nice hotel located in central Pigeon Forge. Very clean and staff was friendly.

Enjoyed our stay! Close to most of the attractions we went to while visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!!!

For a long time, 4 star hotel chain, this location is why I prefer other companies yet I thought I would give a Hilton a try considering their past reputation. I’ve stayed in Holiday Inn Express that offered more for their guest. Immediately the young lady who processed my check-in seemed as if she was wishing she was doing something else, very unprofessional. She did dress properly, dis shuffled, did not welcome me nor explain the hotels amenities. She also seemed quite uncooperative when I made a simple request for a certain room. I was very surprised this location did not offer complimentary full breakfast to its guest nor was the quick-grab snack area very limited. Poor choice of lighting selections in the room and no footstool for the small couch. For a recently updated decor, the room needs a complete redesign. Also, and very important..considering guest with certain allergies, there were only down pillows which were very uncomfortable.
