This property should not even be rentable. Filthy rooms smelled of urine and mildew. Mold, grime and disrepair everywhere. The parking lot is not maintained and full of garbage and construction trucks that don't belong there. It looks like the current guests actually live there. Three floors and no direct way to the top floor. The staff is a masked housekeeper that doesn't talk to you and a woman at another location on the phone. Diy Construction going on every floor every room. There's no insulation so you can hear everything. Conversations, the traffic, the holes they drill in the doors and walls. When we checked in they decided to move the room construction to the one next to us and started drilling holes in the wall at 8pm. Stayed there a total of 35 minutes before leaving to stay at a safe property.

They stole my money! Do not recommend I checked in and checked out not even 20 mins later due to the condition of the rooms and the man told me I would get a refund ( which I have him saying on audio and a video recording). I have never received my refund like promised and they are trying to fight the dispute with my bank. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The management at the Bear Mount Inn and Suites were very friendly and kind. They were happy to provide extra towels or any other necessity when requested. We came during the busy holiday season, and they helped save our trip by providing us a room with an accommodation for our pet as well. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but it has heart.

Honest and Disappointed

Non-smoking room, however as soon as we opened the door it was all we could smell. All of our belongings in our car now smells like cigarettes. Light above sink wouldn’t work, 1 lamp had no shade and constantly flashed so we couldn’t use it. The room had 1 working light beside the bathroom light. We had no hot water to shower and found a bug crawling in the tub. Contacted the number left of the door for service at 9 AM in which he was very rude. I requested, while we were out for the day, the lights to be fixed and something to be sprayed for the odor. Nobody ever came in the room and if so, nothing was fixed.

Absolutely awful. Room had dirty linens and towels left in it but was cleaned supposedly before we arrived. At best the floor was swept but not mopped. When confronted the manager had rehearsed answers but failed to follow up on any concerns. Deplorable is the best detection. I want my money back!

Great location- the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so they changed our room and gave us a bunkbed room. My kids appreciated the bunk but it was so noisy all night. Apparently my son moves often and the bed was squeaky. We only had two towels but they gave us a couple extra when we asked. The sheets and blankets were all stained. The water temperature was barely warm. I think the room had been cleaned and/or mopped with a sour rag. The room had an odor that was quite unpleasant but I didn't want to complain about a second room so we made do.

Had a family suite and it was told to me it was two room connected. Nope. One double bed and a double bed twin bunk bed. Bathroom didn’t lock double sink was in room which was fine but both sinks turned on when turned on one. Door frame metal was exposed outlets were very loose and my cables didn’t stay in place correctly.

Do yourself a favor and pay online, the guy at the front desk doesnt know how to check you in, he charged my card twice...the place says pet friendly but there is no where for your pet to go potty. The room was okay but the sink drained really slow linen was stained..
