The floors were sticky , the bathroom had a brown ring around the sink and the balcony door lock was busted and unusable . They were unable to move us to another room or refund our money. They gave us $20 off the resort fees. The entire facility is dirty and old.

The room was clean, though the floor was warped and looked like it had significant water damage at some point. Staff was friendly, though there was no housekeeping because they had the week between Christmas and New Year's off. Breakfast was very minimal...could use more options. Location was great. Close to town, walkable, but not in the midst of the business of downtown Gatlinburg.

There was no shampoo, when we called the front they said it wouldn’t be available until the following day after our check out. There was limited or no hot water in the mornings. The hot tub was broke. Our first room smelled of smoke so we insisted on getting a different room. King rooms did not have a fireplace like shown in photo either and there was no housekeeping. Only pro is the location.
