Staff was terrific. Barbara at the front desk was wonderful to us. Room was clean and had everything. The shower was hot and strong. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Gatlinburg. Only downfall, we had a room with a door to connect to the next room and sound traveled right though it like a screen door.

Passing through from Pa to Mississippi and chose this hotel due to recent reviews. But we definitely had a much different experience. The staff was not friendly nor welcoming. Not rude but didn't seem to want to be bothered. Room was very muggy and smelled of mildew which for late October was not hot.
