It was ok. The rooms are very out of date the toilet rocked everytime you sat on it. The nightlight on the sink room flashed all the time. The plastic on the bar that keeps the sliding door for the balcony was broke and useless. The dresser drawers were very hard to open and close and worn out. Me personally i wont be back there are way better hotels.

We have stayed here in the past and this visit noticed that it was dirtier- they did have a large convention that ended as we were arriving so that is probably why. The pool was very dirty- hair and bandaids everywhere, towels were all gone, trash overflowing. The room we booked was not ready when we checked in so they put us in a different room that didn't have a bath tub so we realized that later and ended up having to move rooms. They need to have more luggage carts- there are never any available in the lobby area. We normally look forward to staying here but the trolley was not running either due the event. I wish they would let guests know if there is a big event before their stay is booked because we would have stayed somewhere else to avoid the chaos.

The don’t tell you about charging for parking. The overcharge for breakfast buffet. They don’t put trash bags in the trash cans. Everything else was okay.
