The property seemed outdated for just being renovated. Our balcony still had glue on the floor from old carpet that was there. We didn’t have any chairs on our balcony either. There was dust everywhere. In and out of the room. The pillows and blankets were old and wore out. My wife and I thought for what we paid for the room breakfast should have been included. The hotel in general just had a well used feeling about it. For a Double Tree the whole experience was very disappointing. No room service.

Apparently a beetle swarm this time of the year that came into our room. Coffee is horrible. But besides that, it is a beautiful place to stay in the Smoky mountains!

I loved the location and the facility. I wasn’t very pleased with the service.

I loved the pool area

What a disappointment! There was an ant infestation in our room and by the end of the trip we and our children were covered in ants while trying to sleep. I mentioned it to the front desk gal (Joan) upon check out and she literally responded, “yeah that seems to be an issue on that floor”. Are you joking me?!?! They know they have an issue and still put people in those rooms.... unacceptable! She never offered any discount let alone any sympathy to the fact that our entire family was kept up all night long with ants crawling on us. In addition, one member of our group was bitten at least 3 times by the ants. The infestation was so bad that as we were driving down the road we the ants were crawling out of our bags and we were still killing them. I’m afraid to even take my luggage inside my house! I am a Hilton honors member and it now has me questioning the cleanliness and professionalism of other Hilton’s.... disappointed, disgusted, and not a happy customer is an understatement!

Clean property, location is perfect, beautiful view. Rooms could use an update. Feels little old. Otherwise its good.

The property was beautifully situated on a gorgeous overlook, but there is a very, very steep hill to navigate. I would have selected another property. The hotel staff was wonderful and it was clean. The downside was that every day there was a 300 bunch of cheerleaders and then young football players so it was always very noisy and crowded.

16 floors and not all the elevators were working. Took hour and half just to check out. Wait on the elevators.

Loved this hotel. Amazing views of the mountains or Gatlinburg. Very friendly staff. The location was just far away from the madness that is downtown but with trolley service down there, so you get the best of both worlds. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Park Vista in Gatlinburg. Our trip started off great, including cleanliness, friendly staff and very helpful. The morning we were checking out, my husband’s wedding ring fell behind our entertainment stand. After talking with the front desk, and one of their engineer’s assisting, we were unable to get the ring (and at the time did not have a very positive experience with the those two hotel staff we interacted with.) However, upon leaving (without the ring), I received a phone call from the Director of Engineering — Terry, and he apologized for the interactions we had and informed me that they were able to take the stand apart and retrieve our ring! He then directed me to Robin, the Head Housekeeper, who was very nice and obtained our information for mailing the ring back safely to us. We are very pleased with how quickly they were able to resolve this matter, and are very grateful to Terry, Robin and their staff for helping us retrieve such a valuable and sentimental item — that arrived to us safely today! Thank you again for a wonderful visit, and we will definitely be coming back! Chad and Cristina

Pool was awesome for kids! Like a mini water park in their minds.

The property is on a nice hill with an amazing view.

Very pretty mountain view from the balcony. Driving up to the hotel was something.

Furniture is old and very scratched. Beds are Wonderful and very comfortable
