4/10 Poor

The condo, itself, was perfect. It was exactly what we were wanting except for the microwave not working. I would have contacted the host, but we’d already had to deal with him and his condescension when we first arrived and didn’t want to deal with that level of unprofessionalism again unless it was something major. To detail, I was given an incorrect address and an incomplete location by the host. It made the unit very difficult at ten o’clock at night. We were laughed out when we vocalized our difficulty. But my biggest reason for such a low score? I was told, before I rented, there was an elevator to street level. Then after I rented and paid, when I received my entry code, I was told the elevator was out of service and I would have to walk down and up a very steep hill each time I went to a session at the convention center I was attending. A total of 5 sessions. When I explained to the host I am disabled, he told me it was too late to cancel and I could not get refunded what I paid whether I stayed in the condo or not. Then, on my last night, I was told the elevator to the street was NOT out of service and guests, including the woman staying on the second floor who gave me the information, had been using it the whole time. This would have been nice to know BEFORE I got injured trying to get up the steep hill after the second session. I’ll stay at The Summit again, but NOT this unit! Not this host!
