Room was a little dated with some wear and tear, but clean and perfst for our little family weekend get away. Staff was very nice and location was perfect for walking to everything the town ha to offer!

The property is dated and in need of refurbishment. The room we were given was high up the hill at the back of the property in a building without an elevator. To walk to the town or the front of the property required you to climb and descend many steps, walk down slick ramps (it was raining) and go to a neighboring building to use an elevator there. It was NOT convenient, so we opted to drive down to the lower property and walk to town from there. Doable, but not the best choice. After asking why they put us in the back, we were told to come to the front office and we could get a new room, as we had already carried our belongings into this room, that was not accepted. The property does NOT have WIFI, had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view. The dining facilities were closed on property during our stay. Due to Covid, no cleaning of the room or room support was available. I would not choose to stay here again, nor would I recommend it.

In the middle of everything great view

Next to river but it was not clean

Walls are 2 thin our we’re having adult relations for 4 hours

Quiet room, comfortable and clean. Location is perfect for visiting all of Gatlinburg hot spots by walking. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting that don't want to drive and deal with parking around Gatlinburg. Only thing some may not like is that rooms are dated. Not going to get a room without flaws. Was not a big deal to us, we used room for sleep and rest and it was perfect for that. Staff incredibly friendly and sent daily texts asking if we needed anything. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and excellent room! We will return.

I liked the location along the River. I did not like the bathroom. It was dated and the bathtub was stained. It looked terrible. Needs renovated. I did not like that the restaurant was not open.

Great view of the lake.

The pros: The staff was very friendly and quick to respond to the fact that our tub was not draining. They also were good about refunding our last two nights when we decided to leave early. The cons: First, to call this place a "resort" is a wild stretch of the imagination. It is nothing more than a glorified motel, but I've seen many motels more glorious than this place. There was a dearth of furniture in the room, and what was there wasn't particularly clean, so there was no place to unpack. We lived out of our suitcases for three nights. There was a single towel rod in the bathroom, so no place to hang wet towels. Also, they claim that they are a "non-smoking resort." That is a lie. They allow people to smoke everywhere except in their rooms (which people probably do anyway). So we couldn't enjoy being on the balcony or anywhere outside, since the cigarette smoke wafted all around us. And the price we had to pay for all of this was outrageous. My advice: save your money and go elsewhere.

Room 1101 is great and close to pool and main street.

Wish they had there restaurants open

Very nice people, great location! Recommend it!

It was a beautiful property located insanely close to everything. We were in building 5 at the back of property so if you walk to downtown and shop then be prepared for the hill you have to walk up to get back to your room.

Convenient, clean, grear blaconies, staff was veeg friendly

On the pPigeon River...............,,,..,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Convenient walking to eat and shop. An older establishment but was clean and warm!
