Staff was friendly but bed was not comfortable at all, parking was a nightmare. We have a truck and maintenance had to call people to move their car to upper levels because where they are parked is clearly marked for taller vehicles only. Room was clean but looks like when things go wrong they just patch it up but don’t pay attention to how it looks.

The room and hotel was fine. I stayed in a “Riverside” room…a “Mountain View” room may have been better. Unfortunately, there was a bbq competition going on in the parking lot across the street, so there was a lot of street noise. I realize this is not in the hotel’s control, but I would opt for a Mountain View room (away from the street) in the future. ALL of the staff were great! The location is great for walking around Gatlinburg.

Overall, the stay was good. Location was amazing- walking distance to just about any part of Gatlinburg. Staff was very informative upon arrival, but at checkout the staff did not want to hear about what was not good about the room. Bed was horrible, in room jacuzzi tub appeared to leak on the floor, we could hear everything from the people down the hall and next doors to us and per rules no smoking in or outside the balcony. The smell of marijuana came through the vents multiple times through our 3 night stay. Most definitely will stay in the area again, but will choose a different place to stay where it is more quiet and intimate next time.
