Property is old but well kept and very clean..

Nothing

Everything was great.

Nice location on the parkway. Close to restaurants and the grocery store. The rooms have a decor that reminds me of the 70s. However, everything was clean and spotless.

The price was amazing for what you get. The only thing keeping this from being “excellent” is the pillows were really flimsy and they “when flat” quickly. Everything else was nice. When loved the location and the creek right behind the rooms.

5 days no housekeeping and no compensation. We paid full daily rate. King room was much smaller than advertised and without sofa, wouldn't fit in anyway. Also no compensation for cheating on us. The A/C was so noisy that we couldn'ts sleep even with ear buds. A/C was replaced next day with an other used A/C. Again no compensation for that. Room smelt mouldy and ceiling was damaged and interior run down.

Hotel requires a lot of work. Our bathroom needed to be completely redone, lots of mold and loose tiles. No issue with rest of the room

It's a roadside motel. It was ok for a couple nights while visiting Dollywood but overpriced for what it is. You have to pay a quarter for Ice!? The rooms smell like smoke. And the property is facing/shares a parking lot with a store selling every type of confederate flag you can imagine. The room had water damage and hasn't been updated since the 80s for sure. Again, its fine for a night or two as you travel through just don't overpay for its "Location" to Dollywood...

I really like the stepping back in time. Real room keys. Above fair for a fair price.

Could use a little remodeling to bathroom and tvchannels

Great place to stay for the price. Would stay again.

The front desk staff was very friendly. I really liked the fact that I didn't have a problem understanding his accent since it was everyday American southern, unlike at other motels where I've stayed in this area.

The owners were very friendly.

The property was dated, but the most impressive part was it was very clean. The front desk lady was super nice and accommodating.

We found the motel immaculately clean and comfortable. My only unfilled wish is that we didn't have a coffee pot.. I would definitely recommend TML, and will stay there again when I'm in Pigeon Forge.

This was a GREAT find! Most hotels are pricey in this area because the tourist nature of the town, but this place was perfect! I didnt have the flashy extras but had everything you would need to have a safe and comfortable stay! Comy bed, locking door, TV, hot shower, and a fridge. The staff, especially Kathy up front, was over the top amazing. She took care of us so well and was so helpful!

Overall motel was clean for being an older motel. Good location and friendly staff.

Very hospitable and quiet. Great location. A short drive away from everything
