Items broken couldn't contact to fix.
I selected the pay at hotel open and when I went to present my credit card, I was told it was already paid for. NOT COOL! I booked through hotels.com but it reported back as expedia. Should show the booking site, not parent company on the reservation. The room had issues. Unfortunately, the front desk doesn't open until 9am so I couldn't report them for the next guest going to stay. Then I tried to find a contact number which I could only find as 865-453-4748 and for over an hour got a fast busy signal. The wall to the left of the sink was cracked. You had to really fuss with the sink to get the water to stop running and the switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Not sure if fan or switch broken. Again, couldn't report directly so having to do it via the review route. Stay with them several times in the past and had good experience but not sure if I would again if you can't contact to report issues. Let's see how they respond.

Check in was completely computerized, no one at the desk. First time in years that we stayed in a room that did not have a coffee maker, there were a few bars of soap but no shampoo or any other items. The room was clean but was definitely no frills.

Heads up...
You check in through a phone and video screen. This was an interesting experience. The tv did not work in our room, and we had to go to lobby to report this to the video monitor. We were instructed to move to another room. This place could have been nice, but it just wasnt clean. We found a dead roach in the blanket when we unfolded, and a bullet under where it was folded on the shelf. Yes, a bullet. My kid thought it was cool, but it was sketch. We bought sheets when we went out for our only night there.

THIS PROPERTY COULD USE SOME MAINTAINING. THERE IS PAINT COMING OFF THE WALLS. THE LIGHT FIXTURES DIDN'T HAVE BULBS IN THEM SO IT WAS CONSISTENTLY DARK IN THE ROOM. THE MATTRESS WAS VERY OLD AND WORN DOWN. JUST AN OVERALL UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
