Hotel was very nice. I arrived at 2pm and check in was 4pm but any other hotel I have ever stayed in will check you in if room is ready or give you a parking pass. This hotel charges 30 dollars to check in 2 hours early even if you only need to park. Only reason I will not stay there again.

Great stay

Newly opened hotel on the river walk across from LeConte Center. Location is excellent if you have a dog. Can’t compliment the staff enough. Very friendly and helpful. Usually stay at DreamMore, but not dog friendly. Will make this my first choice when visiting the area again.

I would give them 12/10 if possible! Extremely clean, friendly staff always will to help, the breakfast is delicious! Cant go wrong with staying with Drury in Pigeon Forge or Chattanooga Tennessee.

Hotel is brand new and it shows! Everything is clean and spacious. The staff was excellent. Great location. In addition to free breakfast, they also offer free (larger than normal) snacks and drinks in the restaurant area in the evening. That was a surprising nice bonus. We were very impressed

We enjoyed our stay. This is a new hotel and very clean. We are in the restaurant. Food was ok but options were limited. Bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and we the hot-tub was awesome! We also liked sitting by the fire on the patio.
