Wonderful stay - awesome rental company!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was wonderful. Love that there was some shaded parking - a plus! Condo was lovely and very clean! LR furniture looked new, and beds were very comfortable. We were on the 6th floor, and it was super cool inside even in July! Wish they had provided some extra towels, but we didn't ask for that either. I'm sure they would if we had asked. Smoky Mtn. Escapes was great! Great personal service and I received personal calls to let me know our unit was ready and then to ask how things were the next day. They couldn't have been nicer, and we will definitely be using them again the next time we come to this area!

Little misleading

Overall this condo was nice and clean however we had a few issues definitely not handicap accessible which I had asked before we booked we had someone in a wheelchair and she wasn’t able to get in any bathrooms and only 1 bedroom so that was a struggle if you can imagine. One bed had sand in it so not sure how that happened a vacuum would have been helpful and then there was only 1 towel per person and littlest washer and dryer I’ve ever seen so with 8 people that was a little difficult as well..so just a couple suggestions overall though we had a great vacation!!
