The first room had a cockroach on the floor with cracker crumbs all over the sink,bed wasn't made, moved us to second room ceiling was full of mold, food on floor,ended up leaving.

The room was good. Comfortable bed and linens. The hot breakfast was fine and well tended by the staff. I had problems with the room keycards twice not opening the room. The hallway carpets were filthy.

They are in the middle of remodeling so a lot of paint chipped and one of the side table drawer is gross had water damage to it some of the base boards was unglued and there was only one working elevator. The pool area has a lot of water on the ceiling some of the duct work was gross looking

I wasn't really all that happy with our say. The first room they had us in had a really bad odor like mildew smell no problem with changing rooms. But the room wasn't really clean. Dirt on walls, and cabinets. Bugs in the ceiling light, windows like look they haven't been cleaned in awhile. Dried blood spot on the blanket, mattresses out dated felt like your laying on springs. House keeping didn't leave towels etc would have to go down and get them. Asked for room to be vacuumed and was told we don't do that. Pool area needs updating. Parking and location was great right in the middle of everything and can walking around to places. Just wasn't happy with everything else.

Just the overall condition of the Inn itself. Was nothing like the pictures. The elevator wasn’t working on our floor so we had to go up and down five flights of stairs. We are assuming they were remodeling due to the condition of the floor we was on and the condition of our room. It was not as clean or as nice as the room in the pictures by any means.

The hotel is an older hotel but it has been very well maintained. They are renovating, but we were on a floor that they hadn’t started.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. We didn’t see any other staff while there. The hotel is old and rundown. The carpet in the room was torn up and had tacks sticking up where it met the tile near the door, which pierced my foot. The ceiling tiles were crumbling and stained. The metal rails on the balcony were rusted. I paid extra for a balcony room and ended up with a view of trailers with flat tires in the parking lot. The indoor pool room had no ventilation and was extremely hot and smelled strongly of chemicals. It was also really noisy in there with some machine making a constant racket. The door to my bathroom was warped and coming off the hinges on the bottom. The walls in the room were dirty and in need of paint. The beds were reasonably comfortable, though. Overall, this hotel was a total disappointment and needs to be completely renovated.
