The room was good. Comfortable bed and linens. The hot breakfast was fine and well tended by the staff. I had problems with the room keycards twice not opening the room. The hallway carpets were filthy.

This property is a budget property for sure. Everybody should know that before booking . It does appear that they are trying to fix the place up. Right now the property seems to be very dirty. I checked out a day early because I was so uncomfortable with the mess. The shower curtain actually sets inside the perimeter of the tub so there’s no way to take a shower without it, touching you. It felt very gross. The balcony was dirty beyond use. All the common areas were extremely dirty. The curtains felt dirty. The carpet is filthy. There is a smell when you first walk in the door of a very strong perfume type product designed to mask odors. I found it very unpleasant. On the plus side this property is very cheap for the area. Every staff member I encountered was super nice and extremely helpful. The location is great.

The staff from the moment of check-in was very rude. The property was deceptive with the pictures that was on Expedia. The property look nothing like the pictures. It was very outdated and ran down. It was not convenient. It was a lot of photo shopping and Editon and it was very disappointing when we pulled up to the property. Two people backed out immediately and refused to stay in the party of six rooms the parties that did stay in the rooms. We had no hot water there were no iron and ironing boards. The carpet was so filthy that we couldn’t let the children walk, barefoot it was disgusting. It had not been cleaned in years. The beds were dirty. The entire state was a nightmare. I would not recommend no one staying at this property.

Location is very good, close enough to walk to some attractions. Breakfast is great. They are in the process of remodeling and there is a lot of in process work. I didn't see any workman on the property. It will be very nice when done.

Check in service was very quick and easy went up to the room using the one available elevator the other two were not working we could tell that the room was older due to the age of the hotel overall the room was very clean The bedding could have been better one comforter had a burn mark in it from I believe it was a cigarette not sure. Bathroom could stand to be updated with a shower instead of a tub that would make it easier on the older guests that we seen that was using the hotel a lot. Went down to the indoor pool and lazy river was not real crowded. The whole hotel could stand to be updated with the pool area renovated which it looked like it was started but never finished The indoor pool was kind of cool but needed to be updated lazy river definitely needed more tubes didn't use the breakfast until our second to last day so couldn't really say much on that The toilet was slow flushing when I informed the front desk of this they said that they would get it taken care of right away of course we didn't have a real big problem with it till it was time to leave overall very modest motel for the price and for the distance to the attractions Will possibly stay here again

The pool and hot tub was 4 flights of stairs in the basement, no working elevators to that floor. Mosquitoes swarming the pool and hot tub area. Pool wasn't heated like advertised, I will say I fully understand they are under renovations. I would stay here again when renovations are completed. Breakfast was very good also.
