No breakfast, put us in a room with cords laying around and lights that you couldn’t even plug I . Loud and smelled like smoke the entire time. Dirty areas that were left for days.

Tried out a total of 3 rooms. Rubber seal around the entry door was completely detached from the door facing; two of the three rooms on the first floor level had no safety prong on the door for the swivel lock on the inside of the room to hook onto for added security; one door lock was held in place by duct tape; 2 of the three rooms had only one trashcan in the bathroom and no second trashcan in the outer room; one bed had a mattress cover as a bedding "blanket"; there were live bugs found throughout the outer room and in the bathtub; the phone to the front desk was never answered after multiple tries

Staff was unprofessional. Staff was sleeping in lobby and addressed me half asleep. Check-in took 15 minutes. The rooms were filthy, we slept in our clothes because of how dingy bedding is. The keyless locks were broken and batteries taped on inside of door. I was not aware of the hotel being used as a weekly stay for local people or I would have never booked 2 rooms for my family. Bathroom doors did not close properly, one tv set was out of service. On the website it’s listed breakfast available, there is no breakfast at this place. I wasn’t willing to eat here but water would have been nice if it was available. Worst hotel/motel experience ever!

Inexpensive motel, so you get what you pay for. Bed was just a little too high for my 5'2" frame. When I tried to brace myself on the bed to hoist myself up, the mattress slide on its metal platform. There was no coffee maker in my room, but front desk attendant Stacy personally brought one to me. Front desk personnel were super friendly and made us feel welcome. I would stay there again.

Very noisy at night with people yelling off the balcony. Woke us up several times during the night. Pool was supposedly under maintenence but it was very dirty and green with algae. Looks like it had not been used in a couple of years. Wifi was horrible. We couldn't watch tv or use our tablets or phones. Cockroaches all through the room. Bed was hard with very thin coverlet. I basically froze until we could get the heat to come on. No further interaction with staff beyond che k in.

First off, the photos are very misleading. The property is not accurately represented at all. The pool was drained. The property was filthy and noisy. The room was disgusting. The toilet didnt even have a dang seat on it. The wifi was not working which rendered the rolu tv in the room useless. Staff was unhelpful and did not show any compassion at all. Youre better off sleeping in your car

I recently stayed at Americana Inn by Wyndham, Pigeon Forge. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Pigeon Forge, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The reception staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom door did not close properly, and after taking a shower, water would spill out onto the floor since there was no bath mat provided. Overall, the hotel did not feel very clean or well-maintained. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the cleanliness and service quality for future guests.

BEWARE!!! The room was in poor shape as well as the parking lot was unsafe. The lady at the front desk was nice and dealing with what she could with what she had. We had to request a new room, due to the toilet leaking in the bathroom causing the room to flood. Not to mention the very crusty bathtub covered in some sort of questionable black stuff. Our second room, the door was very unstable, the shower head could barely accommodate myself at 5’2” let alone my 6’ partner. The floors were so dirty they left your feet black. This hotel is in serious need of some serious renovations. I would not recommend staying here, this is a very shady and unsafe hotel.
