I stay in hotels weekly some really cheap and others expensive I've never been in a hotel this dirty and run down. The rooms do not even come with toilet paper Save your money and go elsewhere
Had to ask for towels upon arrival. Had no coffee maker, got one from another room did not work. Microwave didn’t work and half the plugins did not work. And they never came to our room to make bed or take garbage out. I would not recommend!!
Do not stay here! It is not worth it. The rooms are horrible. There was urine down the bathroom wall, blood on side of counter, mold in bath tub, floors were filthy, bed sheets were unclean, pillow cases were unclean, pillows were a mess. I have no other way to describe it. They were not even in the shape of a pillow any longer. House keeping came in the room and took dirty towels and wash cloths, did not leave any new ones.Tv remote was broken, no phone, toilet paper holder was missing, staff was terrible at front desk. Was told check in was 3 pm. We arrived at 3, i was told i could complete my paper work but would have to come back later because no rooms were cleaned or available. I asked what time to come back, was told at 4. When i went to front desk about getting clean linens I was told i could get 1 wash cloth and 1 towel. I said to the guy i have 2 people in my room. He handed me 2 wash cloths. I said i need another towel. He said "we dont have any available ". However there was a huge bin of clean linen behind him. When i mentioned that, he said "i can only give you 1 more, no more". Save your $ and go to a different motel.
The property needs to be updated. Period. Maintenance needs to check rooms for exposed vents, broken door locks and working televisions. Trash cans over running by vending in hallways, never changed.
No toilet paper in room. Girl at front desk acted like she was annoyed with her job. Very big attitude
When we arrived they refused us a room, said we lived with in a 3 hour drive. They still charged my credit card. Now I have to get that fixed. Nothing said when I booked the room, only after we arrived.
Stayed 8/3/2023 to 8/5/2023. Staff to me seemed friendly. Had issue getting into my room at check in. The door striker was stuck over a screw messed up. A maintenance man came to screw it in. I got into room and door messed up again cause screw was coming back out so I went to Walmart got me a bolt and nut in a mini screw set and fixed issue myself. My room the floor had not been sweep and showed clear signs of trash on floor. Shower back wall had two mini holes size of a quarter. Shower water was super hot and hard to adjust to a cool temperature for me. Rooms aren’t sound proof and can hear some noises. I had no use for the pool but noticed the water was a weird green color and couldn’t see bottom of pool. I personally wouldn’t use the pool. I enjoyed mote being so close to the island and being able to walk to it in under 5 minutes. My friend used the elevator and got stuck in it for about 3 minutes. Shortly after it must acted up again and they put a out of order sign on elevator. House keeping didn’t clean my room the two days I stayed but got my new towels by asking. Even with issues I had I felt neutral about my stay. They seem to be remodeling the motel some. Parking was no issue for me as they had more space in the rear of motel. For a cheap motel price you get what I speak of but come on stuff like this kinda expected to a point. My biggest issue was my door bolt issue and the elevator getting stuck.

Absolutely horrible. Outdated and dirty. It’s where all the white trash goes to stay. It’s loud. I would never send my worst enemy there.
Parking area not adequate. Underground parking has trash and old mattress stacked up. Fridge in room doesn't work, toilet doesn't flush. There's no ice machine anywhere. Paid for queen beds and got doubles. Cob webs covering the doorframe & windows inside. Overall unsatisfied with this stay for many reasons. Horrible, would Not recommend
Rooms were filthy and smelled like urine. They were completely out of towels and didn't know when they would have them clean.

The customer service was really crappy! If you wanted new towels, you had to bring your used ones to the front desk to get more. I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff doesn’t cater to your needs. Very dirty room! Dust and dirt everywhere. Dirty sheets. Dirty shower. And, when we went down to lobby to get new towels, there were several others complaining about their stay.
Will not ever book here again. Arrived and clerk said our reservation was cancelled because they considered us "local". It was over an hour drive!! And they didn't even give us any notice that they cancelled our reservation.
