The hotel was extremely clean and located near all the attractions. The breakfast was amazing. The room was quiet and relaxing. The cost was very affordable. I would definitely stay there again.

Friendly employees, got in room it stunk, the room even had a room freshener in the room plugged in, light above the table burnt out or did not work, (room was dark), pool area & room, building very dated. Biker group had checked in and took over the outside pool area with yelling, acting very loud and wild, riding their motorcycles next to the pool area and reving their engines , they ALL had beer and whatever else in the pool area and stacking the empty beer cans next to the pool. I was in the lobby area getting a couple coupons for things to do when the employee asked how we were enjoying the area. I had told the employee that the bikers were getting rowdy , he had stated that there was not much he could do. As I was in the lobby a women had come in and stated her room had bedbugs , the employee told the women that she had gotten her reservation through a third party and she would have to get a refund through them , the woman said she wanted another room. My family checked our room and at that point was very disappointed in the Baymont property we had left at 9:00pm.

Beds hard as rocks. Carpet was filthy wouldnt even walk barefoot on it. Pool areas werent very clean either

Worst night

I am 5' 2". The bed was so high up I had to use a chair with great difficulty to get into bed. I get leg cramps often at night and getting up and having to climb a mountain was nothing less than miserable. If you are tall or 12 yrs old you'll be fine. Otherwise steer clear. I feel like its incredibly selfish and inconsiderate to not accommodate folks who are handicapped.
