Staying 3 nights we were told no one would come in and make beds and tidy up.
The room was clean and updated. The area was close to the main strip without all the noise. Easy check in and check out. Suitcase carts available when needed. Staff friendly and efficient.
Property is in dire need of updates. The beds were terrible. The ac didn’t work so the room smelled like mold. Overall, it’s fine, good for a place to sleep. Nothing more. But the beds make it hard to sleep.
Nice room close to Dollywood. Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the morning was a plus.
It was a ok place to stay … staff was nice… rooms was ok… little outdated… internet connection sucked… but that is my only real complaint
PRICE WAS OK FOR THE DATES WE WERE THERE. BEDS WERE CLEAN, HOWEVER EVERYTHING ELSE IS REAL DATED. COMMODE WOULD NOT FLUSH. HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM AT THE POOL.. REPORTED SAME TO DESK CLERK. NO APOLOGY OR COURTESIES. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.
Goods... Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean and the staff are very nice. Bads.... Indoor pool was outdated and not in the best shape. Outdoor pool was very, very small and not clean at all. Overall... Yes, I would stay again. Location is great.

Room was very clean, bathroom was clean, bed, sheets and pillows were clean, phone in the room did not work, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Other than the very hard bed, the stay was good.
The property is right off the main road and is within walking distance to numerous activities
