We rented a 2br, 2ba, condo. This place had a full kitchen with utinsels, pots, pans, and dishes. The one bedroom also had a jacuzzi tub with a full bathroom, while the other had direct access into the other bathroom which had a small washer/dryer. The indoor pool was fantastic, and our grandchildren enjoyed it! The scenery was incredible with mountain views all around. We were there only for a weekend, but the place was awesome. If I had a knock against it, it would have to be the bed we slept in. Both bedrooms had king sized beds, but the mattress we slept on had seen better days, and provided little support. I would definitely recommend anyone to consider staying here in the future!

The room was very nice, I wish the tub was a little bigger I almost couldn’t fit being 6 foot tall, the coffee pot where the water goes in could used cleaned, other than that the room was very nice, I didn’t care for how pushy the time share salesman are, when they say they aren’t going to push it on you, then when I repeatedly say no thanks I am interrupted over and over again to hear more of what he had to say, it does not make you feel like going back, other than that though the property was very nice and a very nice view

The room is very large and comfortable. However, its level is lower than the parking lot. The hotel sits on a high ridge covered by woods at both sides. But, at one side there is a mobile house site at the bottom. The steep slope of that side will be covered by evergreens in the future.
The place was beautiful. It was set on top of a hill so the view was incredible. We stayed in a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. It was very spacious with a full size refrigerator and stove. Everything was really clean and for the most part updated. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We won’t stay anywhere else when going to Pigeon Forge.

When you have special needs kids this place is like a home. I had a crying child up until he saw the place inside. O am happy you had a last minute opening. We will be back. This was our first time to the smokies.
“Resort” may be a stretch for this place. The rooms and facilities need some major upgrades and de-smoking. As a Hilton Grand Vacation Owner - I’m very concerned that we bought Diamond Resorts. This will be a heavy lift to make HGV-worthy.
It was so clean and nice! The view was beautiful on the fourth floor, we could see a very good view of the mountains. One word overall, peaceful. And the staff treated us just like family! Definitely going back.
They were great! We stayed three days in 3 different rooms and loved all of it. We will definitely be back very soon! Thanks for the hospitality and welcoming us!!!!
It is outdated on furnishings. Gold curtain rods, outdated fireplace, only furniture in LR is 1 couch. Carpet needed replaced. Difficult to climb in to tub/shower. Bad lighting in BR.
