Check in was easy and the apartment/suite with a balcony view of the Smoky Mountains was all incredible. The only complaint I had was that the property is somewhat near a landfill which you can occasionally smell.

The grounds were well maintain. They had several workers keeping up with the groups and it was decorated for fall. The indoor pool and rooms could use updating but the rooms felt clean. It was nice to have a separate bedroom and a full kitchen. The views were beautiful. It is about 5 minutes from the grocery and 10 min or less to Dollywood.

The resort was a couple of miles or so out in the country so i made sure to get back to the condo before dark. Condo was clean and I had an excellent view of the valley off of the balcony in the back. You could hear the chug of the train at Dollywood and the train whistle at the top of each hour. Kitchen had all the amenities.

The two units were very spacious. The property is close to the LeConte Center and Parkway. The only issue: one unit the first bed was hard, the second bedroom the mattress was very soft and obviously not rotated often. The other unit beds seemed fine. I would stay again.

Overall good place to stay. The room was updated, clean and very nice. Full kitchen appliances were up to date. 2 outside pools and 2 inside pools and hot tub. The game room is very small and could use some updated games. It is close to everything but it is also near some type of landfill or garbage company which we could smell in the air at times (not too bad but it did smell). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Fall Getaway

The property is nice. The staff is pleasant and attentive to guests’ needs. The suites are in need of renovation; i.e., carpets are worn and bathrooms are outdated. The location of the washer/dryer is inconvenient. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nice large rooms. Good housekeeping. Obviously built as condos in the 80’s. Great mountain views. Two issues: 1. The registration office had no signage, so hard to find. 2. One of the rooms had a very strong cigarette smoke odor. However, the staff was alerted and placed 2 ozone cleaners in the room while we were at dinner. Problem solved!
