For what we paid this is an exceptional hotel. Clean, friendly staff. When we drove up I was taking back. The neighborhood is in a revitalized state but getting there.

The room was good. The elevator sounded screechy but worked fine. The free breakfast was ok. This place is close to a lot of restaurants and the main entrance to the Smokey's from Pigeon Forge

Not making that mistake again

The shower was molded and dirty and the shower curtain was mounted in the wrong spot the heater in the room didn't work correctly the parking was a nightmare

No Brainer

We enjoyed our stay once again this year as we did last year. Clean rooms , helpful staff , great breakfast with variety of choices and affordable pricing made the decision to stay at Super 8 on Emert Street a no brainer.
