Staff was very friendly. The room was so spacious, comfy, and clean. I highly recommend the king suit with the fireplace. The only thing I wish is that there were 2 elevators. I don't mind the stairs at all but when your bringing in the luggage or exciting with luggage you need the elevator. We were on the far side and it was so cold out, it would have been nice to be closer to the elevator.

The only thing that I will mention is that the coffee machine did not work well (not only for me but for other guests as well). The button for coffee had been used so much that the instructions had worn off. I ended up with coffee on the floor, there was a bright yellow plastic "wet" sign on near the floor where a mop-up had taken place before I arrived, and when I returned for more food another lady had spilled coffee on the floor as well.

We arrived at 4:30 and were assigned a room. It was next to the vending machines and elevator. We kindly asked the desk staff if we could move rooms and were told they were completely full. HOWEVER, at 9pm that evening other guests were checking in and given rooms. We feel like the desk staff did not want to accommodate our request. In all our hotel stays, this was one of the rudest/laziest responses. The room did not feel clean and definitely did NOT look like the photos. The breakfast area was overrun and though it was reviewed as a great breakfast; it wasn’t anything unique or exciting. The desk clerk in the morning did everything from breakfast duty to checking guests outlet. She was working very hard all alone! We feel deceived by the rating and don’t know who left previous reviews… but they were not up to the stated standards!
