The room was dirty. The pictures of the property upon booking did not match the hotel at all. There were roaches at the buffet. The pool water was filthy. Water leaked in the hall ways. There were huge gaps under the doors and they slammed shut at all hours of the night. Staff looked annoyed whenever asked a question.

Our room was very outdated dirty carpet, bathroom was so small you could barely get ready, the furniture was all scratched up and super old, the front desk said they hadn’t remodeled some of the floors yet but they were still charging the same price as the remodeled! I paid almost $500 for 2 nights for hotel 6 look. Very disappointed. We had been wanting to stay there for a while but now ai wished we hadn’t.

The lobby was really nice. The room was small & pretty rough. Shower had mold, vents were filthy, floors were sticky, molding damaged. It just felt grundgy to me compared to the lobby. Every time I tried to open the fridge, I about pulled the entire thing out of the cubby.

We were catfished
We felt like we were on an episode of Catfish. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures presented when booking. We asked for two conjoining rooms and did not get that. One room did not have any toiletries and the other didn't have blankets on the bed. The pool and hot tub are disgusting. There was all types of things floating in the pool and the water was dirty. We inquired about when the pool is cleaned since it offers 24/7. We couldn't get an answer. We were at the pool messaging management who claimed they sent someone down to check the levels and it was standard. We were down there, no one showed up. They proceeded to state that they have over 400 guests to accommodate. Well if you can't maintain the upkeep and cleanliness of the pool, it shouldn't be offered. I believe guests wouldn't mind the pool being closed periodically to ensure it's safe and clean. The buffet and Continental breakfast is extremely chaotic and you are literally stepping over people to try and sit down and eat.

The lobby is nice and very pretty however the rooms were not the cleanest and they also had an odd smell like mildew or just closed up. The pool area was cool but the heater was not working in the indoor pool so it was freezing.
