The jacuzzi and shower is the only updated feature of the room. Maybe from where the room was at the end of the hall but the bathroom had poor insulation, it was like going outside the pee. The cookies at the front are super yummy though!

Room was fine we had a fine stay. Breakfast folks were very kind (breakfast was expectedly not that good). Room was pretty nice. My only real complaint is the weird open Bible on my nightstand. I respect everyone’s religious beliefs, I don’t have an issue with Christianity, but I’m not religious and it rubbed me the wrong way. In a hotel room, the Bible belongs in the drawer for those who want to enjoy it. Just left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t know if the goal is to virtue signal to your guests that I assume are overwhelmingly Christian or to legitimately convert those who aren’t, but I found it unprofessional. Maybe I missed it, but I wish those overt beliefs were advertised. I would have chosen an (expectantly) secular hotel. Never had that experience before and doesn’t seem like an effective evangelical or business strategy. Food for thought, not fishing for a refund or anything. Hotel was about what I expected, fine for a couple hundred bucks.

Checking In, the front desk was not diligent in looking at reservations even after I handed them my information. Customer service was poor. They told me I had 2 rooms when I did not. I booked through a third party but all they looked at was the first name of someone with the same name and tried to give me another person's rooms. Even after I told them the phone number was incorrect, they whited it out and told me it was just a place holder. They cut me off, left me at the counter while checking in other people refusing, they made a mistake until I said can I have keys??? Got a phone call as soon as I walked back into my room that night that another person with the same name walked in and they were shocked.... Really? If you listened to your customer, that would not have happened or even if you checked your records correctly. It was like that every interaction. Not a Hi, how are you.... Not an apology, nothing... Hotel was ehhh.. 2 stars at most. Even charge for cookies others hand out for free. Nice shower head though. Heated pool was cool.

The staff was very nice. Especially the greeters during breakfast. The room was okay. One of our lamps kept going on and off not to mention there wasn’t any convenient plugs ins to charge phones. They definately could do some simple upgrades to the room that would make a huge difference. The breakfast was decent. Pool is much smaller than in appears. Overall the stay was okay. Wasn’t fabulous but okay enough to not ruin the weekend.

We had the two room family suite. The room was dirty when we went in. There was food and trash under both of the pullout couches. Both pullout couch mattresses were heavily stained with urine. My kids refused to sleep on them. There were no mattress covers on the beds which would easily have fixed the problem. The bathroom in one of the rooms had fingernails laying on the countertop. At approximately 7am the speakers throughout the hotel started BLARING music! This was absolutely not OK!!! We came from a 2 hour different time zone and wanted to sleep in a bit but the music made it impossible. Why in the world would the manager think this is ok when people are trying to sleep??? The only bright spot at this hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. You should really appreciate the staff you have! We got this hotel as part of a vacation package but if we had not we definitely would have switched hotels. We were very disappointed and would not recommend or stay here again.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Ramsey Convention Center. The room was extra clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. The staff at the front desk were very kind and easy to work with, which I really appreciated. The only downside was around 10:30 p.m. when a large group of teenagers and kids came in from the pool area. They were screaming, slamming doors, and being extremely loud getting off the elevator, which woke us up. I did call the front desk, and they handled the situation politely and quickly. While the noise didn’t completely stop, it did quiet down after that. Overall, aside from that late-night disturbance, the stay was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful and well kept. I would definitely stay again!

The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. The pictures on the website didn’t match reality. The breakfast was decent and convenient. The pool was open 24 hours which is the highlight of the hotel. The hotel is dated and not the cleanest. It was an ok experience.
