Everything is fine with hotel except the entrance is less than desirable for arrivals and departures. Parking is extra and across the street.

Checking in was delayed 45 minutes after guarantee. We arrived at 2:30 and did not get into room until 4:45 - after their guarantee. Room tacky, peeling paint, broken bathroom door, loose shower door. People nice and tried but hotel systems - check in, cleaning room bad

The hotel was close to all entertainment, but not so close that it was a disturbance. It was Very clean, and the staff was great!

Walls bubbling and convex from significant water damage on 6th floor. Otherwise comfy bed and soft pillows for a comfortable place to sleep

The staff was friendly. The beds though were the best experience if the whole stay! They have a Starbucks in the hotel which was a huge plus for me.

Hotel was nice with a great downtown location but the staff made this a wonderful spur of the moment trip. Everything from checking in to eating in the restaurant for breakfast went smooth. The hot breakfast was a great way to start the day. Choosing a place to stay when returning to Nashville will be so easy after this trip.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was decent but it was pretty disappointing that the room didn't have a microwave or a mini fridge. We asked the staff if there was a microwave we would be able to use quickly and we were told that there wasn't. The location is good though for walking around Nashville.

Had appetizers & drinks at Fourth & U. Good happy hour. Wait staff were exceptionally nice.

Nashville's Downtown Hotel Rates are unjustly inflated. Don't believe the stated price. As soon as I selected this hotel the price went up $35.00. Service was poor and invisible. Obitz did not give cost for Parking or any other extra. The rate for overnight Parking was over $ 38.00 and the valet was not timely, 15 to 30 minutes. Expect delays on receiving your luggage to your room. Expect to pay premium price for normal dining.

Express bus, clean and comfortable took about half hour to get us one block from our hotel. Senior rate was 85 cents! Free buses take you to shopping and entertainment from right outside this hotel.

Only problem is they charge $35 a night for parking.

I changed hotels the day before my trip because this hotel was a better price and was closer to everything we wanted to do. We were a few blocks from lower Broadway and the Country Music Hall of Fame, so everything we needed to do was pretty much in walking distance. They even provided a shuttle if we needed it. The staff was friendly and the valet was quick to respond when we needed our car. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Hotel 4-5 blocks from restaurants with a variety of live music. Concierge was very helpful in recommending places that allowed families to experience great music. Very nice lobby and breakfast area. Typical city breakfast prices $14-$20 and valet parking required.

Nice hotel staff. Walking distance to the main stream of night activities. $30 for parking at hotel but downtown Nashville it's expensive to park anywhere. Live music at hotel near the bar and dining area with comfy seating areas around.

Tried to Check in at 4 pm, they said our room wasn't ready, we had dinner reservations and convert tickets. Called the hotel after we got done with dinner and everything was fine. Tried to check in after the concert and was told our room had electrical problems and none was available. We could not get a reservation at another hotel that late. Drove home that night as we had no choice. Bad staff, horrible experience.

I'm usually pretty trusting of Hilton hotels but this was definitely a "miss." We arrived around 4pm and the desk staff was wonderful. Welcoming staff and warm cookies are always ideal. However, when we arrived to the room, I was less that thrilled. There was hair all over the bathroom floor from previous guests and the beds were not well made, almost as if someone had laid on top of it after it was made. I called the front desk to ask them if it would be possible to reclean while we were out. They obliged. However, as we settled in, I noticed more issues. The glasses in the room were dirty, there were stains on my pillows, and the shower wouldn't drain. I left a note at the front desk with the issues to ensure they were all addressed and they gave a very kind voucher for $40 worth of food or drink. I was impressed by this effort. However, I came back to the room at around 12am and found that the only issue resolved was the stained pillow. I'm not certain if the list was not provided or if the staff was hopeful that I would not look around. Either way, it was a very disappointing trip and I will never stay at this hotel again.

The welcome cookie was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.

Loved staying at this Doubletree downtown Nashville hotel. Walking distance to Broadway St. nightlife, the Ryman Auditorium & LP Field (home of the Titans). Rooms are good size, beds are really 'heavenly', nice bathroom, big tv. Staff very friendly and accommodating, I arrived early and they checked me in as soon as they could. And of course those cookies! I didn't have a car, but understand the parking is a big pricey (there's a parking garage across the street). Restaurant offered nice buffet for breakfast, and live music in the evening. There's even a Starbucks inside. Definitely my choice when going to Nashville, love the city and this is a great choice to stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Huge lounge area with Starbucks a bar and restaurant. Early evening complementary snacks and drinks. Great staff.
