we liked the unique shape of the building and room

Location is convenient if your a business person, but a little pricey for someone just seeing the sights

Didn't like valet only on the weekends ( Fri.,Sat.,Sun). $45 a night extra plus tips.

Great location. On site parking was very disorganized when leaving. People should not be allowed to leave their cars in the check in area unattended. 3 cars left and people had went back to their rooms for 30+ minutes!! this didn't leave room for staff to get other cars out or in.

Great location! Allowed early checkin friendly staff

Stayed for 5 days and got no free parking what is that, 45 dollars a night to park what a rip off., will never be back for that reason

Great property ideal location to night life and sightseeing

The property was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. The room was nice, but the beds were rock-hard and the pillows completely collapsed under our heads. I feel the price was too high for the room we got, though I do understand that I was paying for the location.

When I booked this it said breakfast and parking included but when we got there it was only valet at $45 plus tax and tip or park across the street for $20 and breakfast you had to pay for. I would have stayed somewhere else cheaper considering it was $220 plus tax for one night and breakfast and parking was not included total rip off.

Nice location. Rooms were very clean and staff super nice

No continental breakfast. They charge 45.00 per.day to park a car. That was not very clear at all.

The staff was fantastic, also had an out door patio bar that was a great meeting spot for our group of 12..

Hotel needs up dating, elevator not working right, Bathroom door was two broken pocket doors that did not meet that have not privacy. Room decor was very old Not the usual Hilton standard

The staff was friendly throughout the hotel. Location to Broadway is excellent.

Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient. The property is aged and does not appear to have been updated in quite a while. Very small bathroom.

Walking distance to the Ryman, Hall of Fame, and others. Comfortable beds. Good food and breakfast.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and in a great location for all thing to do in Nashville

The location is great and the staff were excellent. Room could have used another vacuuming and the bathtub was quite dirty and stained from what appears to be prior leak. Other than that a great stay.
