Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown

We decided to use Hampton Inn and Suites in Nashville following our stay at the Savannah Downtown hotel. We could not fault any staff. They were all very pleasant. A pleasure in fact. The special touches that single out these hotels were very impressive: (where do I start?). Fruit, cookies and hot and cold beverages in the hotel lobby all day. And late in the afternoon - a table set up in the dining area with "snacks". And not just cheese and crackers either. First day: an Indian dish with sides along with the cheese and crackers and cookies. Second day: mini meatballs with sauce - delicious. Would we use Hampton Inn and Suites again? We absolutely would. Highly recommended. Oh - to add: room rate includes breakfast so no ticking off room numbers to have breakfast. So seamless. Locations if wanting right in Downtown: perfect. In a word: Excellent. Thank you from three New Zealand 'Kiwis".

Everything was great at the hotel. My only concern is that on the orbitz site I saw no mention of parking and they only have valet parking and at $35 a day it would have been nice to know a head of time.

We should have been told that the hotel under construction. No Pool! You can use the one across the street but that's a pain. Power was shut off twice during the week, very inconvenient. Trash left in 3rd floor elevator area for an entire day (empty pizza box). Free breakfast - this is a bonus.

Overall nice hotel. Good location to downtown, big rooms, nice breakfast. Staff was very nice too. Hotel was undergoing renovations, and fire alarm kept going off in middle of night. Website stated there is a pool, no longer have a pool, which was a total bummer, since we have kids and specifically chose a hotel with a pool.

Check-in went very smoothly and quickly, the breakfast is good, and bonus snacks in the afternoon were a great little surprise!

Although the hotel wasn't that bad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the lack of willingness to allow cancelation and move to another Hampton. Would have been willing to pay a fee but not eat $210 because of a revised work trip.

Everything was great. But the daily fee for parking was unexpected. I think that should be disclosed when booking a room.

Great central hotel. Room for an air mattress. Water pressure is poor.

Stayed here for a convention. It was a nice stay and the hotel is conveniently located.

On a business trip and needed a comfortable hotel downtown that offered hot breakfast. It lacked a lounge and restaurant but was very comfortable and had great staff.

Staff was great location perfect great hot breakfast and mid day fresh cookies

Very nice place Super clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.. This was just a Thanksgiving get a way. Wife and I both had a blast in town. The price was right and only a block and haft from downtown.. Thinking about coming back and would stay here for sure..

Close to the downtown action and a clean, comfortable place. The breakfast was OK. Little slow on the check in but overall thumbs up.

Great place, exc breakfast. Miles was great help to us

The hotel is in a perfect location to catch all that Nashville has to offer. The hotel is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Fabulous trip, great hotel!!! Will definitely stay again and recommend :)!!!

Our family of four decided to stop halfway to Florida and stay at this hotel and sightsee in Nashville. The parking was self park @ $20 day or Valet $24 day. The staff was great and the hotel and room was very clean and nice. We were greated with a nice cup of coffee and fresh cookies and fruit. Being so close to downtown was fantastic and we walked around the whole time. The construction next to the hotel was barely an inconvenience. We got up before checking out and had a great breakfast. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

The hotel was near the downtown area and right next to the Country Music Hall of Fame. The rooms were comfortable and clean. They have a great breakfast! They let us check in early which was great!

Did a quick family trip to celebrate birthdays and the hotel was clean and easy to walk to every place we wanted to go. I would stay there again.

Stayed there over New Years Eve. It's so close to everything. We were able to take in a hockey game and great music.
