A newer hotel —spacious, well-appointed rooms— in a convenient location. Shuttle service to Music Row, but close enough to walk to many attractions and restaurants. Allow pets for a minimal fee. Friendly staff.

I stayed here for CMA Fest in a 1 bed room city view room, the room was huge with a kitchen, dining table, sofa bed in the lounge room and a king bed in the bedroom. The hotel shuttle runs until 10.30pm when needed and unfortunately Nissan stadium didn't finish until after midnight so it was either uber it back at the huge price Uber was charging or walk from Downtown back to Vanderbilt and watch all the other hotel shuttles drive past. Most staff were friendly and welcoming expect the guy who checked us out on Tuesday 4th June, i understand that it was 4am but the attitude we received from him was unacceptable and inappropriate he had his ear phones in and when asked for my room number i got a eye roll and a what, I explained that I had paid cash for the room and a cash deposit but he was still insistent on a credit card and would not listen to me when I was trying to explain instead I got a cut your attitude or i'm calling security, even after he got the cash out of the safe proceeded to tell us that this is what he was talking about. After the experience of this check out I would really think about staying here again as that has ruined my experience on what was a great week at CMA

Five stars isn’t enough credit for our stay. The front desk staff was wonderful. I didn’t get all their names but I did get Hannah’s name, who went out of her way for us. Location was great. Shuttle service was a plus and helpful drivers. Breakfast was excellent. Two meats, eggs, waffles (plain and sweet potato even whip cream), yogurts, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal and all kind of toppings and the list goes on. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath was just like living at home. Never had a problem with WiFi. Three TVs and I could go on and on. Clean and like brand new. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We were given room 8022 and the air was heavy with the smell of mold. The front desk changed us to 9004, on a different floor and different a/c line, and that room was also had a heavy stench of mold. It was difficult to take a deep breath in. I don't understand the many high ratings for this hotel. When you first walk in thru the front entrance the carpets are FILTHY. The handicap parking is on each level near the elevator and those w/handicap placards or plates are directed to those floors when parking on the main level is so much easier. Management refused our request to park in any of the many open spaces on the main level. We found the front desk to be extremely slow. Check in took an inordinate amount of time. A guest brought a dog that was clearly not a service dog, and it was jumping around the lobby. Nashville has so many hotel options, this is not a good one.

We had a great stay in Nashville. The Residence Inn wasn't too far from downtown and provided a free shuttle there and back if you were done by 10:30pm. Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. Having the kitchen was wonderful. I asked for a small kettle as I prefer hot tea to coffee in the mornings but alas not available. Maybe consider that for us Canadians and Brits. The hotel provides an adequate breakfast. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for CMAFest last week and was very happy with our stay! Shout out to Hannah and Josue at the front desk for going above and beyond to help us! They were so friendly and answered all of our questions. The breakfast was great (not to mention a great money-saver). The meat options were switched out everyday and plenty of other options so we weren't eating the same thing all 5 days. We had 2 adjoining 1 bedrooms, super clean and very spacious! We were on the 8th floor, it was so quiet. The occasional door slam from the hallway is the only noise we ever heard. The bed and pillows were probably the best I've ever had to sleep on. The shower stayed hot, with decent water pressure. The in-room kitchenette was a lifesaver with the full size fridge. We used the hotel shuttle everyday (goes within a 2 mile radius of hotel). Such an amazing benefit of staying there! The drivers were always friendly and gave us recommendations of places to check out in the area. This will definitely be my go-to hotel when staying in Nashville.

The hotel stay was great. The staff were all nice and professional. Valet was prompt. Rooms were clean and good size Breakfast was free and reasonable The hotel is in a nice location , central to a lot of restaurant. You really wouldn’t need to drive in that area especially on a nice sunny day. Plus it would be challenging with Nashville traffic and parking is hard to find. Valet parking was 27.00 and worked well I woke definitely stay there again. 👍🏾

Every employee I interacted with was so nice and helpful. The condition of the suite was excellent: the carpet and furnishings looked new or at least very clean. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room was quiet: some street noise from 18th Avenue if a car with a noisy engine or music blaring passed by but it’s not a busy street and we couldn’t hear traffic from West End Avenue. The living room/kitchen was huge and well equipped. There's a TV in the living room and another in the bedroom with free HBOgo and ability to log into your netflix account to watch. Used the workout room in the connected Spring Hill hotel, which was small but adequate. (I went at mid-day so perhaps it’s crowded in the morning.) Breakfast is the usual for this kind of place. Didn’t get room cleaning one day; no idea why. Perhaps for some reason they thought I signed up for their program where you get extra Marriott points if you forgo cleaning. I would stay here again.

Excellent location and convenient to downtown with a shuttle service to downtown. Excellent desk services handled by John for all our needs. Room was perfect for us with many pleasant employees. First time staying there but will not be the last. And breakfast served everyday and the food and coffee never went lacking.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and served a very nice breakfast inclusive. I really am writing this review to tell you how fabulous the shuttle drivers were The highlight of our stay at the hotel. They offer free shuttles rides to the strip, the Gulch, the auto museum, and just about anywhere within a 2 mile radius. All three drivers made recommendations as to where we should visit, like music clubs, sightseeing ideas, and even great food choices! We tipped a minimum of five dollars for each one-way ride, which was half the price of an Uber or Lyft, AND these gentlemen made our trip extra special! The front desk folks were nice, but nowhere nearly as intuitive about making sure our visit was special, as were the drivers. Trust me when I tell you that these guys will tell you the most popular places to go… Followed by the places that you really should go!
